Attractions

Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room
presented by Dole Pineapple
The Tiki Room is very famous, and at the same time, infamous. It was the first attraction to use Audio-Animatronics, and it opened in 1963. The Tiki Room desperately needs a rehab, or a redoing or both. In Walt Disney World, The Enchanted Tiki Room was redone to be more contemporary and more of a crowd-pleaser. Disneyland's show is the original, and most short-attention-span people of the 90s find the show boring. You should go anyway just to see what Walt did.
USUAL WAIT: There is a show every 20 minutes. There is never a line. Never.

Welcome to the BEST attraction in all of Disneydom (in my humble opinion)! This multi-million dollar thrilling adventure takes guests hurtling through a cursed temple. Of course, the storyline is MUCH deeper than that. Indiana Jones has disappeared into the Temple, and Sallah, his enterprising friend is offering tours of the temple to YOU. Mara, the reigning deity of the temple, is said to have eyes that pierce your very soul (hence The Temple of The Forbidden Eye). You are warned not to look into the eyes of Mara, or you will be killed. If you are pure of heart, than you will receive one of three rewards: riches, eternal youth, or the ability to see into the future. But, in the classic Disney way, say it with me, something goes terribly wrong! Someone in your jeep (each jeep seats 12) has the gall to look into the eyes of Mara, so you all go tumbling into the darkness.....needless to say, you get attacked by fireballs, an army of large insects, bats, and the famous multi-ton rolling boulder, that is rolling right to you! The ride may sound scary but, it's not. It's a great amount of fun and it has some very nifty special effects. Note: Children must be at least 46" tall to brave the Indiana Jones Adventure.
USUAL WAIT: 45 minutes at peak times

Jungle Cruise
Board a boat, and glide past some robot animals. No really, it's fun, but it is chock full of corny jokes, and the only way the ride will be REALLY fun is if you get a great guide like Maynard (ask for him! He rocks!). Oh, and the highlight of the entire ride is when you get to see the BACKSIDE OF WATER. "Now there's something ya don't see everyday....but I do."
USUAL WAIT: 15 minutes at peak times

Tarzan's Treehouse
The newest addition to Adventureland replaced the aged Swiss Family Treehouse. You walk at a leisurely pace through interactive tableaus that tell the story of Tarzan. Be sure to read an touch all the open books throughout the journey! It generally takes about 15 minutes to get the whole experience, and some characters await you at the bottom.
USUAL WAIT: 2 minutes at peak times
