I traded in my SRT-4 on a blue 2003 Corvette Z06 back in late October.
We started going back to church, there's a cool Seventh Day Adventist church close to our house, and they're building a new church and school which should be ready soon.
Lauren is just over 6 years old and is in Kindergarten.
We have 1 male and 1 female sea horse in the 35 hex tank that are continually having babies!
I have a yellow angel, niger trigger, and damsel in the 30 gallon tall tank that used to house our octopus.
I have a 10 gallon dwarf seahorse tank. However, I'm starting to get tired of all these tanks and their maintenance and responsibility, so, when everything eventually lives out its life, I'm going to retire all of the tanks until I get retired and can spend more time on them!
We bought a cool grey and black all-in-one printer to replace the one that's been around since the dawn of time ;)
A few months back I finally finished getting almost all of the cool stuff back that I used to have as a child (that I can remember anyway) from eBay. Cost a fortune to get and find everything but man it brings back good memories!

Saturday, May 26, 2007: Wow, has it really been over a year since I last updated my web site? Where to begin? =o)
Well, let's see...I was promoted again, this time to QA Manager, in December of 2006. I currently have 4 people under me, and will be hiring a 5th staff member soon.
We picked up a 37" LCD TV for the bedroom a couple months ago (as usual, got a great deal online ;). I also installed Stage 2 + Stage 3 turbo on my SRT-4 a few months back.
I've started thinking more about the long-term future, so these will be the last big purchases for quite some time I think. I also increased my 401k contribution to 6%.
Shawna and I just got back from the Bahamas, we were there from May 10-16 and we stayed in Port Lucaya on Grand Bahama Island.
And last, but not least, we moved into a 4 bedroom house (just renting) back in September 2006 =o)
Saturday, May 27, 2006: We just got back from Maui, it was great! We have some cool pics from our trip in the Vacations section.
A few months ago we picked up a seahorse for the main aquarium, she is doing very well. See Aquariums page for pics.
Thomas the octopus died on April 28, 2006. It was a bummer for the whole family. He lived a long time (for an octopus), over a year. We decided the best thing to help us get over his loss was to get another one! I'm happy to report Thomas Jr joined us at the beginning of this month and is also doing well!
Saturday, January 21, 2006: My 3rd year review at AMN was last month, I was promoted to QA Lead! Also, I used my PTO end of the year payout to pick up an RCA 52" HDTV and a Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop. 2005 was the last year AMN will be paying out PTO, so I went out with a bang! And now that I have to use my PTO up each year or lose it after a certain point, Shawna and I are going to Maui from Wed May 17 to Mon May 22! I've never been there, although Shawna has.The octopus is still doing well. I also added some nice live rock to the main tank, there's some polyps and coralline algae, it looks great. Saturday, September 24, 2005: A month after I repainted my Trans Am, I traded it in for a 2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4. For some reason, even though I went from RWD to FWD, the Neon is more fun to drive. Go figure. Other than that, nothing really new to report =). I also setup a 2nd 30 gallon aquarium back in May and purchased an aqua-cultured octopus, about 3 months old! They have a short lifespan (only a year), however they're very intelligent.
Saturday, May 14, 2005: Well it was about time I updated my web
site again! A few new things. First, I got my Trans Am repainted about a month
ago, from black to royal blue metallic. New pic of it in the Cars page. Second,
Shawna and I are going to Puerto Vallarta from May 19-23, I will post pics of it
when we get back in the Trips section =o). Third, I've setup a new 30 gallon octopus tank.
The tank has cycled and now I just need to get an octopus! I will create a brand
new section for him when I get him (after I get back from Puerto Vallarta) =o).
And lastly, we're trying our luck with flowers in the backyard patio area ;).

new stuff! A month ago I got a 19" LCD monitor very cheap after rebate, and
about 4 days ago I upgraded my PC: Athlon 64 2800+, 512 Megs PC3200 DDR400
memory, Chaintech motherboard. This goes well with my current video card - ATI
AIW Radeon 9800 Pro. Mom came over for Thanksgiving, Shawna and I cooked a yummy
dinner and a 14.5 lb turkey! =o) Still working at AMN Healthcare as a Senior QA
Engineer, my 2-year anniversary is coming up next month! Time sure flies these
days =o).
Thursday, May 6, 2004: New stuff since the last update! We bought a brand new 2004 Dodge Neon SXT back in October 2003. I have been working a lot of overtime lately, so I was able to afford a saltwater aquarium (35 gal hex plexiglass) and an Orion 102mm telescope. Stephanie got married a short while ago, and so did Drew and Elizabeth. Both weddings went well =o). And I got to see Seattle for the first time, which was very cool.
Saturday, March 15, 2003: Hi again! Here's the latest news! Lauren is almost 17 months old now! She has gotten really good at walking and running, and babbles constantly, she's almost talking =o). Our 50" TV went out about a month ago, we replaced it with a 32" TV from Best Buy for $299 (we both didn't want the credit card debt of another big screen) =). Dad gave us a web cam for Christmas, so we have that now. I'm trying to grow tomatoes in our little patio area, along with a strawberry plant =o). I have a new job now, I accepted a promotion to Senior QA Engineer with a new company called AMN Healthcare in Del Mar. I started there Dec 23, 2002. Previously I had worked at First American for awhile before that. Shawna's best friend, Stephanie, whom she hasn't seen in almost 4 years, is coming to town tonight with her fiancee! My good friend Drew is engaged. My other good friend Pete has a house now. Life is good =).
Saturday, October 19, 2002: Haven't updated the web page in awhile so I decided to write a quick news update. Just installed a red shock tower brace in the WS6, it really brightens up the engine bay. Things are still going well, still working at the same job, Lauren is almost walking now =o). Just got 3 new computer games all at once (birthday and anniversary presents): Madden NLF2003 for GameCube, Freedom Force and Battlefield: 1942 for PC. And that's pretty much it for now! =)
Friday, March 22, 2002: I decided to add a News section and keep all the history so we can look back and remember things that have happened. We recently took a trip to Kauai from Feb. 19-26, that was great. Things are going well at work, and a couple weeks ago I traded in my Stealth and got a '96 Trans Am WS-6. And it's Friday! Yay! :)
