Introduction

In the past few years, the culture of Taiwanese food has been spreading in Hong Kong quickly. Bubble Tea is a Taiwanese beverage marketed in Hong Kong. Now, there are many Bubble Tea shops in Hong Kong and hence we can buy it easily. Thus, these Taiwanese beverages seems to be part of our consumption pattern.

CXF is one of these Bubble Tea shops. It uses pearl as the selling point and uses it to mix with other beverages. CXF produces different types of Bubble Tea with different tastes which are offered at different prices to the consumers. Thus, we would like to study the degree of acceptance and welcome of CXF. In the research, we would evaluate consumer awareness and satisfaction to CXF and would make some recommendations to CXF accordingly.
