As well as basic website design, the company concentrated on integrating client databases with Internet technologies in order to allow secure e-commerce via a web interface. I researched all aspects of e-commerce from information architecture, design, navigation, database access and storefront technologies, secure transaction software, merchant accounts and long-term strategies of e-commerce. I wrote Strategic E-Commerce Business Plans for both Business to Business and Business to User applications.
