The Silent walk talent or skill combines fluid movement with
magical effects to dampen the sound of a character's movement, including
footsteps and other means of travel, such as the sound of a windlings flight.
The character rolls a Silent Walk test to avoid detection. The result is
then used as the difficulty for anything attempting to detect the character
via a perception test or other ability. A character using the silent walk
ability may move a distance equal to her combat movement.
