Chosen a ship name isn't always easy as it seems, just ask the founding members of the Victory. They struggled to come up with a suitable name for their fledgling ship. After several brainstorming sessions, the members finally agreed upon a name, logo, and motto. Founding member Delores Lambert penned the following poem detailing how the ship got its start.

VICTORY

To work with honor and pride

In all we want to achieve,

As a group or alone

In what we believe

Is the ultimate Victory

Any one can conceive

Together we go forth

Hand in hand with our kin,

When goals are reached

Everyone wins.

With hearts and head held high,

Now The Adventure Begins.
