The eight founding members of the U.S.S.Victory were originally members of the U.S.S. Bexar also located in San Antonio, Texas. These members wanted to start another group (ship) in San Antonio. On June 10th 1995, the members with support from the U.S.S. Rhyanna in Austin, Texas created a shuttle (initial step to becoming a ship). Less than a year later, the crew commissioned their own ship the defiant class U.S.S. Victory on May 18,1996.
