| B orn during the 19th Dynasty in Egypt, she was a concubine of the Pharaoh Ramses and was sacrificed when he died. 1200 years later in 30 BC., she was the handmaid for Cleopatra and the lover of the great Roman General Marcus Constantine When Cleopatra died, Nefertiri faked her death so she could be buried with her Queen. She was not revived until 1994 AD when Duncan MacLeod discovered her sarcophagus in a Paris warehouse where Marcus Constantine was storing it after having had it shipped there from Egypt. Confused to her surroundings, Duncan took her in and tried to teach her the ways of the modern world. All was well, until Constantine finds the two and set after Nefertiri but was stopped by MacLeod. Constantine convinces MacLeod that he is peaceful and only wants to talk to her. So Nefertiri, along with MacLeod were invited to a dinner at Constantine's house. But the joyous occasion turned bitter when Nefertiri stabs and kills Constantine's wife out of revenge for his destruction of her lands and people in Egypt and in hopes of drawing him into battling her. But Constantine did not fall in. Instead Nefertiri confronted an unwilling to fight, Constantine, at his wife's gravesight. Saying that he would not fight Nefertiri lunges after him, but is stopped by Duncan MacLeod. Newly lovers, MacLeod and Nefertiri battled until MacLeod had no choice but to behead the age old Egyptian, sending her to meet her Queen forever. |
