Much of this had to do with various contradictions in the Bible, the fact that the Bible seemed to have been ripped-off from various other religions/cultures with cases of blatant plagiarism - particularly noticable when you compare the babylonian Epics, Enuma Elish and the Epic of Gilgamesh to the first nine chapters of Genesis - and I was forced to give up my faith in the so-called "Word of God" in order to keep my intellectual and spiritual integrity. For a while I was an atheist, but couldn't adequately explain many of the events in my life which I previousely attributed to "God". So I reverted back to a belief in the supernatural, though this time with a slightly different perspective. I was a pantheist who believed in a "spirit of the universe". Subsequently, I began practicing Wiccan rites and became an Odic Red Witch - that is, a practitioner of chaos magick (also called red magick) with respect to the Odic Force (the flow of energy through every living creature (plant, animal, bacteria, fungus, etc.) on the planet). « James »  Religion: Warrior  Chosen Name: Dragon Wolf  Type of Warrior: Earth, Chaos, & Guardian  History: When I was 12 I left the Mormon faith in pursuit of my own beliefs.  At the age of 17 I made a blood oath to Gaea (spirit of the Earth) that I would protect those around me from harm and to not harm any living things without just cause.  Since then I have learned the ways the natural world and all that dwell there.  Like my friends, I have found an unexplainable power(s) within myself that I am now just starting to understand and explore.  I plan to continue my practices as a warrior and develope the power and abilities that lie within myself.  In the fullness of time I hope to train others to identify their own power and abilities. « Scott »  Religion: Wicca  Wiccan Name: Reaper  Type of Wiccan: Gatekeeper  History: I was forced into so called Christianity because my family made me go to church and told me it was the right thing to do.  Later on in my life I had realized that the bible was a hoax written by man for man.  It wasn't until I moved to Louisiana when I found that I was wiccan.  A witch and practioner of Voodo in a voodo shop in New Orleans called me back to the back of the shop and showed me that I did have a power.  Then she ordained me in the wiccan faith and I have practiced it since.  After I was ordained she told me that I had a special power and named me gatekeeper of wicca.  I will continue my faith and keep learning to better my self.  « Steve »  Religion: n/a  Type of person: Single and funny always looking for the future Mrs. ex Steve  History: Howdy womenz. « Tank »  Religion: k-9  Type of k-9: Black Labrador  History: I am just a puppy; I have no history, but I am Scott's dog.
