Steve and Lisa's Wedding

Well the Stuckee wedding is done and in the record books. We had a great time at the first ever "smart casual" wedding I've ever been to. It was really cool! Steve wanted us all to show up in shorts and Hawaiian shirts but we decided we would show up first and change our clothes once we saw that we wouldn't be the only ones dressed that way. You can never tell when Steve is joking with you! Our luck, we would've showed up in shorts only to find out every one else was in suits!

The reception was held outdoors in a giant tent and unfortunately it was raining most of the day. Luckily, the tent held up fine and we weren't standing around getting soaked. Eventually the sun came out and we were able to get in some fantastic rounds of horseshoes with Alan and Sean!

After much drinking ensued, we fell back to the pool area for pizza and even more drinking. A large group of us stayed overnight at the hotel so we were able to "partake" more in the evening's spirits. Everyone seemed to have a great time hanging out by the pool and frying themselves in the hot tub. I swear that hot tub was jacked up to about 700 degrees! Damn it hurt!

The most hysterical moment of the whole day came when we discovered that two women were shall we say...enjoying each other's company with their curtains wide open! The pool area was ringed with rooms with sliding glass doorways and this couple found it o.k. to have fun while they were on display to everyone!!! The only people that noticed this going on though didn't tell anyone else this was happening until it was over! They held onto their secret information! How could they?! This was vital info that needed to get out to the masses!!! Oh well... so much for the once in a lifetime opportunity!
