The objective of the Medical Assisting program is to prepare the students for an entry-level position in the medical field. the educational emphasis is placed on the understanding of medical terminology, the body systems, and clinical procedures. These skills will enable the student to preform in an entry-level position in both front offices and clinical settings. Gradutes will be qualified to work in doctor's offices, clinics, and hospitals.
