German language videos

It was thought that German language videos might be available from SudWestRundfunk (SWR)(tv@swr-online.de), but apparently this is not so. The reply I got from e-mailing them was "Unfortunately no data is in our archives program".

I got another reply that seems to indicate that they are available:-

I have not tried to get a copy from this source so I cannot vouch for them. If anyone tries, please can they email me or leave message on guestbook to say how they got on?

There are copies of the series circulating, originating with 'Gentlegiant', but it's not fair to keep asking him to make more copies. He doesn't ask for payment.

Bear in mind that these videos will not have the theme tune that we know and love, and they do not have subtitles, dubbing or narration.
