MEGASITE # 1: WRESTLEWHINE For April 1st, 2000, Elliot Sparks of Hell in a Cell fame got the awesome idea to spoof a whole site, in this case WrestleLine. With help from Brian French and yours truly, he put together WrestleWhine, a most extensive April Fools spoof that got way too little recognition around the web back when it arrived. It's still around, however, so do check it out. MEGASITE # 2: CRANKSYLVANIA For April 1st, 2001, Mr. JF (or as I sometimes like to say: "I") got the awesome idea to recycle Elliot's April Fools idea from the previous year and spoof a whole site, in this case Rantsylvania. With help from Steve Schroeder and Hobbes, as well as clever recycling of Brian French's WrestleWhine recaps, Cranksylvania was created. Also a very extensive April Fools gag, and in case you missed it, you need to go read it pronto. |
