| Written by Ryan Gage March 11th 2001 This poem was basically written about what life as a teen is to me. People seem so quick to judge, quick to lie and quick to deceive. Whether it's over friendship, possesions or a girl; this s*** is always happening. Lucky for me, I can usually deal with live's "curveballs" Just huck it! Today's youth... Some would say that we're free, not a care in the world and we have no responsibility. War in our schools fear for our lives, aisles of lockers full of pot and knives. Teenage agression Extinct self-esteem stay up all night, and what does this all mean? Mass confusion deceitful friends the strong ones move on while, the weak seek live's end. Love for a girl Promises we made. teenage living, like juggling a live grenade. . |
