Characteristics: Trieze is recognisable due to his lightbrown hair, and remarkable forked eyebrows, a trait which he shares with Dorothy Catelonia

Details: Treize originally seemed an enemy to the Gundam pilots and to peace, tricking Heero into killing dignitaries who wanted peace, but he showed himself to want peace as much as those he was fighting against at times. His philosophy was that there must be a great battle so that people would see how awful war was, and therefore not want to go back to it. He was fascinated by the Gundam pilots, dueling with Wufei, and giving the Epion, the Gundam which he designed, to Heero. It was Wufei who killed him, which was perhaps what he wanted, to be a martyr to bring in the end of war. Before his death he revealed that he knew the names of all those who had been killed in the war, showing the depthof his shame and dislike for the consequences of war.
