You must first be on either a skirmish or a multiplayer game, You must also be the country France and have the
tech. level up to seven. Before building a radar jammer, hold the shift key, then press on the radar jammer icon, then
let go of the shift key. To see if it worked, hold down the control key and target one of your units. If a taget symbol
appears, the code worked.
