• 27/5: Michael joins Liz at concert!
  Dame Elizabeth Taylor made her now traditional late arrival as she attended a musical celebration in her honour accompanied by pop superstar Michael Jackson. The screen siren was helped from a limousine as she arrived at London's Royal Albert Hall with Jackson on her arm, waving to devoted fans who had braved torrential rain Dame Elizabeth was decked out in her favourite colour, lilac, with a top trimmed by marabou feathers and sequined trousers.
  
  Jackson wore an ecclesiastical style black frock coat with a gold and white crest emblazoned across the front. The pair posed briefly before heading inside for the star-studded show. Performers taking part in the show included Martine McCutcheon, Tony Bennett and Jamiroquai singer Jay Kay. However Kay admitted as he arrived for the event: "I don't think she even knows who I am." The concert Elizabeth Taylor - A Celebration, sponsored by Sky Premier, is a huge fundraising show for the Red Hot Age Charitable Trust and the Elizabeth Taylor Aids Foundation.
