| Ryk has been part of the Atlanta music scene since 1984 and he has been playing various drums by leading manufacturers for over 25 years like Ludwig, Yamaha, Gretsch, Drum Workshop and Premier with custom cymbals by Avedis Zildjian and Paiste! Ryk uses the following equipment while on the road Gretsch Catalina Birch Drum Kit, Avedis Zildjian A's & K's Cymbals,Gibraltar Hardware, Sound Pro Hardware, Yamaha Hardware, Anvil Cases, Humes and Berg Cases, Shure Drum Microphones, Electrovoice ND267 Vocal Microphone, Evans Drum Heads,Roc-N-Soc Hydralic Throne, Tama "Iron Cobra" Pedals, Avedis Zildjian Drum Sticks, Pro Mark Drum Sticks and Vic Furth Mallets.
