1 .Patience, Courteousy and Respect .

2. No Racing back to the start finish line during yellow flags UNLESS there are 10 or less laps to go also PLEASE don't let off gas right at start finish line, you should gradually let off gas until the backstretch, more accidents are caused under yellow flag conditions then are necessary.

3. Lapped cars may try to get laps back if they are within reasonable contact with the leader. If you cause an accident while trying to get a lap back you will be penalized.

4. NO scuffing of tires under yellow conditions keep a nice even pace with the car ahead of you. If you spin another car while running under yellow and the league deems it to be a careless act on your part you will be penalized.

5. If you have 2 unassisted spins that bring out cautions you have to park your car, since league admins will be racing and can't monitor all spins, this is more of an honor system rule, BUT the admins will be saving and watching the replays of the race, if we catch you not parking the car you will be penalized a percentage of your points and will be fined money from race purse.

6. With 10 laps to go or less all LAPPED cars must enter pit road second time around the track under caution, this does not mean you have to enter your pit stall but you will have to stop at end of pit road until all lead lap cars go by. We want to let the leaders race for the win and not be hampered by lapped cars.

7. NO PROFANITY or abuse of language will be tolerated at all. This means during practice in chat or during race, even the use of words such as "WTF" will not be tolerated. If you feel the need to address a driver do it privately in an email or in a separate chat. (DO NOT MASS EMAIL THE LEAGUE) The ABRL has a ZERO tolerance about flaming!!

8. Only formal protests will be accepted this means you will be responsible for submitting a replay to th e league no longer than 60 seconds with a short description of what you believe happened. We don' t need a 3-paragraph description of the events nor will any derogatory comments about drivers in the description be tolerated.

9. All penalties handed down by the league will be a percentage of points and money and for more serious matters possibly probation and suspensions.

10. ALL rulings made by the ABRL admins are FINAL. There will not be any arguing over rulings.

11. ALL substitute drivers MUST pit under green flag conditions within the 1}{\super st}{ 20 laps of the race with a 2-tire change minimum (to simulate a driver change).

12. No Chatter during qualifying or excessive chatter during races. This is very distracting and can cause accidents. If there is too much chatter it takes l onger for your message to get thru and at 180 mph may be to late for the racer behind you. So please keep to a minimum.
