Arthur Fefferman/AFC airways will no doubt convince the planning board to extend their project (approved in Fall 2002)  for another year, an extension thus protecting them from any new zoning changes the council may decide to legislate (although there are none pending that we know of).  We have beent told a two-year extension is mandated, but any subsequent extensions are at the pleasure of the planning board.



The planning board will be hearing Fefferman's reasons for the extension and will decide on Tuesday night, Sept. 12,  2006 7:30 p.m.  Come to see the theater.
