The jinx is up!
The Bloomfield Board of Health has mailed a summons to the owner of the Scientific Glass Apparatus site, Arthur Fefferman, for failure to keep the debris piles adequately covered.
The hearing is set for Oct. 17 at 10 a.m., however, the bets are the hearing will get postponed.
