The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has given Fefferman/AFC fairways(ex Greg Leo et al) a one month extension before making a decision on  land use permits. We don't have all the details yet what this means: big changes or little changes? or the project is more complex and more time needed for review?  Will let you know.



John Desimone (developer for the Copek/Ruvo/Tilter 5-acre site) submitted another application on Nov. 29. We do not know whether that has been accepted for review or not.



We need to get an update on the remediation activities on the site.
