This is a bit tardy, but we wish to thank all those who contributed to the Third Riverbank Association's October fundraiser.



Our second Sunset Garden party was held on the banks of the Third River at the home which, only weeks later, would be up-to-its windows in floodwaters during the no-name storm of November 8.



As we begin our seventh year advocating for floodplains and stream banks, your support helps pay for experts and advisors as our current efforts focus on the saving the floodplain at the end of Liongate. The bigger goal is to develop greenways, linear parks, throughout Bloomfield along our rivers, a goal offering many benefits to the town including the need for more open space as town leaders continue to approve dense residential developments.
