So, the celebration is short lived. Desimone/Copek has resubmitted his application, it passed administrative review and he sent in sufficient funds. So the NJDEP has until the end of March to make a decision.



And we expect Fefferman/AFC Fairways to be resubmitting a lower-density application soon.



We are pushing for a public hearing in Bloomfield so residents can register their problems with both projects.
