December 27, 1998 - I've changed part of the design at the
bottom of the page.

December 25, 1998 - First of All, Merry Christmas.
Next up, I've received a new campaign for the original Age Of Empires. It's been a while
since I got a new campaign on this site. This can be found on the Age Of Empires Campaigns Section.
Next is some information on the downloads, the downloads may be broken if they are moved.
ClanWorld has not informed me of it's moving yet.
And next, I will be updating the strategy pages soon. It might take a while because what
I'm about to do is a difficult task.
Finally, I've added a Safe Audit Banner to the bottom part
of my page and the links section of my page. The one on this page is very small.
...OK. I have something else, I might be moving to a new server soon since some people
have complained about my site's down time. If you've ever experienced a down time or if
you have a suggestion of where I can move to, please E-Mail Me.
December 23, 1998 - This page has just upgrade to V2.05. There
are some new features and pages on this new version.

- I've started to use image maps for the navigation. It hope it loads faster now since the
size of the navigation images have been cut down to half. The image number has been
reduced from 55 to 24!
- The links to other websites are now fixed so they do not load in the right frame.
- Switch of the BBS and CHAT loctaions.
- The Ocean Maps series and the Extra Maps are now removed from this site.
The Power Play Page is updated, finally. Please go to it
and vote for your favourite map pack, campaign, and/or program.
Also sorry about the delay, it seems that my ISP was upgrading their FTP. Now it's way
faster than before.
December 21, 1998 - Testings of the new image maps are almost complete, it will
be released on December 23, 1998. The date is not confirmed yet. Also the downloads for
the Ocean Maps series and the Extra maps will be removed when this page is upgraded.
December 20, 1998 - This site will be down for about half an
hour when I put the new image maps on my site soon. A few other things will be
changed/added too. This means my page will be upgraded to V2.05, it is currently being
tested under my computer. This will happened in a few days.
And now the very good news! This site broke it's daily hit record by 33, now it stands at
199.
And some real news, the president of the United States of America was impeached
yesterday. I don't know much about it since I live in Canada. From what I heard, he's
going to court. I'm going to The Star to see the
whole story.
December 19, 1998 - The Ocean Maps series and the Extra Maps are
going down in 3 days(December 22, 1998). This means if you still want them, get them NOW!
These are being removed because these were gathered by someone from various sites without
permission. There are still other sites with these maps though. Also I'm experimenting
with image maps, you cannot see them now but they may be released later on.
December 18, 1998 - The Jeka Maps are out. They can be found in
the Rise Of Rome Downloads Section.
December 18, 1998 - I've added a new Rise Of Rome Campaign. Frank Zhang converted this campaign. I have not tested
the campaign so there is no confirmation that it works, however, I will test it this
weekend. It is supposed to be a deathmatch campaign. Click

December 17, 1998 - I've added a site information page. It is
located in the about section. You may access it by clicking here.
More information will be added to it later.
December 14, 1998 - Laser Wars are out! They can be found on the
Rise Of Rome downloads page. Also these maps are included in the Pacific maps, so if you
have them, don't download this. I have received an e-mail on TC4 maps and TM40 maps, I'm
not sure if it's just a rumor. If you have any information about these maps or where to
get them, please E-Mail Me.
December 14, 1998 - There will be a Site Information page very
soon. Also for the Technology and Units information page, I will try to get some pictures
of actual units for it. I will also try to get the map, Laser Kings on very soon. I must
find a good site to download it from.
December 12, 1998 - I've added one more question to the FAQ. It's about screen shots.
December 12, 1998 - The next major update to this page will
probably be to the strategy pages. I was planning this for the new version but thought it
would take too long. There will also be some new pages soon.
December 10, 1998 - After a hard struggle, this page is now
updated to it's new version. As you might know, this does not have all the new features I
wanted in it. Those features will be added through time. Here are new features of my page:
- Welcome page with choices of Frames, No-Frames, and Text Versions.
- Navigator is split up in to main sections and then sub-sections.
- New images for each sections including welcome page.
- A description of each page.
- A bottom navigator.
- Each section has it's main music so it isn't that same opening music.
- New sections and pages including the about section and the technology and units page.
- Many more little new features...
Here are some differences:
- Inability to scroll in the left navigator.
- The E-Mail Me link will take you to the e-mail page and no longer gives a direct link to
my e-mail address.
- The Chat Room and BBS(Board Room) links take you directly to the page.
- Many other differences...
The text version has only three images, it's the counter, the World 1000 image, and the
Age Of Empires webring image. I won't tell you how to navigate through the pages since
it's going to take a long time. I'll leave that for you to find out. I hope to get more
visitors with this new page. Please tell your friends about this page.
Also note that images on this site are preliminary. They may be changed if I make
better ones. Some images I have to fix up to look better.
Here are some stats of this new site.
- 159 files in 1 main folder and 4 subfolders using up 1.28MB of space.
- 47 HTML files for frames version using up around 380kb of space. Some can never be
accessed by the public because they were never released.
- 55 images taking up around 480kb of space. Some were for the old version and cannot be
accessed by the public.
- 12 midi files taking up around 180kb of space. All midi uploaded are used.
- Many downloads using over 100MB of space. It's going to take a good effort to count all
the downloads, including the banned ones.
I hope you enjoy the new site.
Almost forgot something. I still need some help with this page. If you think you can
help in any way, please E-Mail Me. Note that you
do not have to know how to program HTML. I just need some people to gather information or
write it.
This last news bulletin before the upgrade (unless there is a critical situation)
signifies that I've finished all version of my page. It's currently going under tests on
my computer. It will be uploaded to this server on December 9, 1998. It might be down for
testing that day. The reason I'm not going to update this until December 9/10, 1998 is
because I haven't completed this particular page, yes, the one you're reading now, and
must complete it.

The downloads are back up and the emergency downloads page is no longer needed. It's still
there if you still have trouble downloading.
Good News!
I've finished the frames version of the new version of this page. All I have to do now is
to convert it to make a text version. I hope I get that done soon. Also as you may notice,
I'm testing an ad banner.
I'm gathering information of Age Of Kings now.
I have to tell you that after this page is upgraded, I will need some help with making
this site. More information will be posted when this site is upgraded. For now, if you are

Also the new upgraded page won't have everything I want in it since it's taking so long, I
will add more things to it as the time passes. If you can't stop the music, it's because I
have started updating this page for the new version. Some other facts about the new

I'm now testing music for the site. I am still, however, making new pages for this site.
I'm still busily updating my page. I'm currently in the process of making new pages for
this page. Then I will make the text version. Also I will try to get the Extra maps up
sometime tomorrow.
The David Saga #1 is no longer avaliable due to the asking of the author. You will
still see the link there but note it will not work since I made an official announcement
that the pages aren't going to be updated until the new version since there has been
changes.
This is now official, there won't be any more updates to any other page then this one
until I update it to the new version. If there are some new releases of newmaps and other
things to download, I will put them on the index page. The upgrade may take a long time,
The date can't be determined now. All I can tell you is when the new version is up, many
pages will be completely up to date.
I've just added Atlantic Maps and Pacific Maps. Two more in the ocean maps series. They
can be found in the Downloads Section. If you know, please
tell me where they are from. I thought they were from the Age Of Empires Dome but they are
not. This page is now in major construction so there won't be much updates for a few days.
There will be no updates to any other page for now. I will only be listing new features
that will be include in the new version of this page.
Some new features of the upcoming new version are:
- A choice between the frames, no-frames, and text version.
- The downloads help page will be complete.
- There will be more additions to this page.
- Navigation bar at the bottom.
- Most mistakes eliminated.
- Might have a whole new look.

I've added one new strategy on the Strategy Page. There

I will be releasing a comments test page tommorrow if I have the chance. I've put new
links to Age Of Empires Trial Central
since they will be moving in a few days. Also a reminder for the Power
Play page, please use different selections. I have been getting some with the same
selections.
Just a reminder that TIC Campaigns will be released monthly instead of bi-weekly since
the release of Rise Of Rome. This means that there will no TIC Campaigns this weekend but
two weekends later.

I will soon take the downloads away from my YesIC server. I have to do this since I'm
running out of space. I'm already up to 4.8MB. The limit is 5MB. There will still be the GeoCities, SpacePorts,

happen when I there are new downloads.

I changed my poll questions today. Thanks to everyone who voted on the last poll. I've
been working on the new section. I will tell you what it is in a couple of days. I'm
trying to get the JavaScript to work on the new section.
I'm working on a new section which won't be released until probably November 5th. The
release of the DHTML will come first, if I actually figure it out. The DHTML may also
include Visual Basic Script.
I will be trying to use DHTML for the new downloads page. The start may be after
the release of the newdownloads page. Also PNNWeb has finally submitted my site to
over 300 search engines. If you don't know what PNNWeb is, click on the button just above
the World1000 button.
I will change my poll at the turn of the month. I've added a preview page for the help downloads page.
I may also take the downloads off the YesIC server. There will still be the ClanWorld,
GeoCities, and SpacePorts server though.
I will be testing CGI for the next couple of days on this server. I'm not sure if it
supports it but I e-mailed technical support and they said maybe.
The new downloads page is ready to go. It will not be official until November
1st.
I've found an error on my downloads page. The TIC Campaigns V1.20 is listed as V1.10.

I haven't been able to make the campaigns work for Rise Of Rome. I have some better
news though.
The four Rise Of Rome beta version campaigns which I've converted for the trial have been
released due to popular demand. I've also added all the September and October Maps for
Rise Of Rome including Multiplayer Rumble for Rise Of Rome. There's also the two campaigns
that were made at the Age Of Empires Map Central.
Details are avaliable on the Download Page.
There will be another major update to the downloads page soon.
I've been able to make the scenario files in Rise Of Rome campaigns to .scx. What I've
not been able to do is make the scenarios work. The scenarios load and Rise Of Rome
crashes when it says Starting new game. I'm now testing with practice maps to make
this work.
I'm now on the edge of figuring how to convert the original trial version campaigns to
ror trial. I've downloaded hex workshop. A hex editor and found some filenames I have to
change. If I do get it, I will post instructions up tomorrow.
There have been many requests for the Rise Of Rome Trial Campaigns. If there are too
much requests, I will post them on my site. Sending them in the mail just takes too long.

I'm still finding a way to make practice maps.
I now know how to convert campaigns for Rise Of Rome Trial(and yes, I figured it out
myself). I used some of the beta version campaigns to try this. I still have to test this
out with more campaigns. I may have time to post up the instructions tomorrow or the day
after that.
I'm on the edge of figuring out how to convert the version of Rise Of Rome scenarios
and campaigns. I've downloaded beta even though I don't have the full to see what it's
like(I can't play it). Come back later and if I've figured it out, I will give you the
instructions.
The strategy page has been updated. I've added one new
strategy for Age Of Empires and one for Rise Of Rome.
The civilizations page is updated. It now has all four
new Rise Of Rome Civilizations. I've added tables
to the Civilizations page also.

I have a slow modem so it may take some while for me to download the trial version of Rise

I've just found out that Age Of Empires Trial Maps Domain has been copying my idea of
practice map. I don't really care because I'm using their sepmaps. I'm currently uploading

You can now download Age of Empires New Maps and Age of Empires August Maps
Go on the Zone to use these newmaps or make them into a
