The Main division: The Main division  is where everything starts. If the main division does not go smoothly, nothing else will. Letter A on the map is the Main division Santa's house: Santa's house holds Mrs. Claus's office and kitchen where she does all her paperwork and cooking and is where Santa and Mrs. Claus live.  It is number 1 on the map Main Center: The main center is where Bossy (the head elf of all head elves) and all his assistants work. This is where all the head elves report their status to. This is also where the elves and Mrs. Claus stay on Christmas Eve to track Santa's whereabouts so at the very top, they have high-tech communication and tracking devices.  It is number 2 on the map
