"Whosoever" cult claims one can be gay, lesbian and bisexual and still be christian

With all of the scripture passages in the Bible that informs the reader of God’s disapproval of homosexual activity, it’s disturbing to see groups which claim that homosexuality is an action accepted by God. Indeed, some are saying that homosexuality and Christianity are compatible. That is, one can be a christian and a practicing homosexual at the same time.
One group in particular is the "Whosoever" organization in Atlanta, which claims that John 3:16 speaks of God’s acceptation of any sexual orientation. Founded by Candace Chellew, the last of five children of a Southern Baptist preacher, "Whosoever" is making a name for itself. Chellew states ,"inspired by John 3:16, Whosoever strives to assure gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgendered persons that they are included when the Bible says "whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life."
Chellew says that she founded the organization because of "gay-bashing" in christian magazines, and of the call of Christ to let others know that He made them homosexuals and that He accepts their homosexuality. "As a Christian, I enjoy reading Christian publications ... magazines, books and such. With the magazines especially [like Christianity Today, Moody's, etc] I could not get through even one issue without being bashed. Even if the remark was paranthetical, only a small blurb about gay rights or whatever, each issue had some disparaging remark to make about a very important part of my life. It made me angry. I decided there must be others like me out there who wanted to pursue their Christianity without being bashed, thus was born "Whosoever".
She continues "We believe God made us as gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgendered persons and has opened God's realm to us without reservation".
Does the Lord really accept homosexuality, or are Chellew and her organization deceived into thinking that He does?
I think I’ll go with the latter.
