Verdisikring A/S was Norway's 2nd largest security firm, until it was bought by the Danish firm Falck. Falck also bought another Norwegian firm, Falken. Verdisikring became part of Falken, and today the name Verdisikring doesn't exist. Falken was bought by the Danish firm Falck a few years ago. Security and ambulances are two of the areas that Falken deals with. Falck and the British Group 4 has merged, and is today one of the worlds leading security corporations. |
