About Me:

This photo is of myself, taken in our downstairs "unfinished" Den Room. I myself as I mentioned in my "opening" page, that I am 48 years old. I am still a Bachelor, and I still live with my now elderly parents and younger brother, "Nate" who is age 44. I myself have never "left home" or become "independent" in adulthood. I have no intention of becoming "married", "straight" or "otherwise". I am happy being "Celibate".

30 years ago, I did graduate from Salem High School here in Salem, New Hampshire, and I went on to further academics at Wentworth Institute in Boston, Massachusetts, majoring in Electronic Engineering Technology. I graduated from Wentworth Institute in 1978 with my Associate in Engineering Degree, and again in 1985 with my Bachelor of Science Degree. Even though I have had high academic achievement, I have had a lot of problems, "obtaining" and "maintaining" appropriate employment my entire adult life. In the last 5 years, I have not been able to obtain employment anywhere in the State of New Hampshire where I live. "Socialization" issues, make it almost impossible for me to obtain employment, because other hominid primates do not see past my autistic "exterior".

I only have a "limited" number of "intensly" pursued interests. I like to do video production for Derry Community Television, where I "volunteer" my time creating programming for that "In-Town" CATV "Public-Access" Channel. I also do the video production for my church, the 1st Congregational United Church of Christ in Pelham, New Hampshire every Sunday Morning. My only other interests are Electronics (obviously - since I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in the subject), World History, Astronomy, and Paleontology. I am a sort of "Walking Encyclopedia" on these subjects, and other hominid primates have "complained", that I sound like an "Academic Lecturer" on these, my favorite subjects.

I also like to read "simple" children's picture books, because their "plots" are more easy for me to follow and remember, than regular "adult" fiction. I have never liked to read "fiction" novels. I also like looking at "picture" Board-Books, that have pictures and "exact" word descriptions of objects and animals, ect. Growing up, I could have cared less about the characters and goings-on in the "Old Man In The Sea" by Ernest Hemmingway or whatever other fiction writers have wrote that I was "forced" to read in school. Being "autistic", I can understand my own thoughts, feelings, and actions, but not the thoughts, feelings, and actions of others.

I am also a "collector" of things. I love to collect and play with children's toys. I still like Matchbox and Hot Wheels "miniature cars, ect. I also like collecting ERTL tractors and construction equipment. I even like 12" G.I. Joe military action figures. I also have a small collection of plush animals and dolls, that I like to sleep with every night. I also have infant toys, like "busy boxes", teethers, rattles, and shape-sorters that I quietly play with "alone by myself", where I never bother anybody in this world. The "sounds" rattles make, and the "spinning" movements of infant toys is something I tend to hyperfocus on for periods of time to "calm myself" and alleviate "autistic" anxiety cognition in myself.
