Writing on the Stall

Happy holidays from everyone here at the stall. Our tireless efforts to rid the world of stupidity, ignorance, and legal plunder are finally starting to pay off.... well no, actually, when considering this ongoing mascarade; the "election". I now seriously doubt the mental capabilities of my countrymen. there are a number of important things going on (some obvious and others not) which I fear will alter our nation forever. I do however have faith that I can somehow convince a few of our officials to change their point of view. by inserting their heads up their asses without stopping until they hit teeth. You and I both know that's physically impossible and otherwise completely absurd. But no more so than this "election re-count".
I feel I now must once again try to educate those of you who are intelligent enough to read (and comprehend). Well, here goes...
Ok, first off I will set the record straight. the popular vote has never been the issue in a presidential election. never! never! never! the reason for this is simple.
      1. when our nation was founded, the founding fathers realized that the majority of the population wasn't educated enough to make a competent decision in a national presidential election. this is still true today (more so than ever before).
Now, don't feel bad, this system may sound unfair, you may somehow feel cheated but don't, just hear me out. it is a good system and it works.
Here is some back ground information for you to chew on. After the revolutionary war was won, our country was composed of 13 separate colonies. They united for defensive and economical purposes. Today our country is composed of 50 separate and sovereign states. Because each state is a sovereign nation, they have their own constitution, governor, legislature, court system, laws, militias, infrastructure, etc.,, and so on.
Now all you die-hard commies out there are probably saying, "What the hell does this have to do with an election?" (well your burning questions shall be answered by the all powerful, all knowing, wizard of OZ... on his days off i get to answer'em)
Follow this logic if you can. Since all of the states are sovereign countries, what then is the purpose of the federal government? I mean if all the states are perfectly able, and empowered to govern themselves, why do we need another government? The federal government was created as a mediator between the states to help ensure the union would last. You see we aren't supposed to have anything to do with the federal government at all, because the federal government deals in interstate commerce and national defense, neither of which apply to you or I. Now since the federal government deals with the states and not you or I, do you see why our votes aren't considered in a federal presidential election. Since the federal realm only concerns matters between the states, the state selects people to represent it in the electoral collage, (not the people in that state but the state itself) which is responsible for electing a president. what about your "right to vote"? you still have it. your power to vote lies in electing a governor for your own state (country), in electing senators, congressmen, and your own state legislators. not to mention local elections. You cant vote for the president of France, if you live in Texas you cant vote for the governor of Alaska, and you shouldn't be able to vote for the president of Washington DC.. (one final note, in case of a tie in a presidential election, {electoral votes, cause remember the popular vote doesn't count.} the house of representatives is supposed to make the call)

BACK WASH

Following my last article I feel it necessary to further explain the theory of "separation of powers". This concept will help to ease the mental anguish associated with this realization, you have been deceived. Everyone assumes that the president of the united states is the "leader" of the country. I'm sorry to disappoint you but that kinda shit used known as a dictatorship. (I guess it's called democracy now) the president is a figurehead, in actuality he isn't supposed to have very much power at all. "well he is the commander and chief of the armed forces!" I've heard many depraved minds spew that filthy statement through the years. Yes the president of the united states is the "commander and chief" of the armed forces, but only in times of war. And the president can't declare war. He is commander and chief only after congress has declared a state of war. There is a very strict law dictating what the president can and can't do (the constitution: that often talked about, always misinterpreted, and never read document) any time the president steps out of those bounds, he should be reprimanded promptly. All of these times you have seen a president declare a "police action" and sends our military off into foreign lands, it has been done unlawfully and is a complete usurpation of power.(done under the non-authority of the united nations, the world largest terrorist organisation) any president who has pulled that trick is either an open tyrant, or a closet commie.
      Political "power" as many people often call it has a very simple origin. however simple it is, it still would take me many pages to even attempt to explain it. however if you choose to leave behind your life of ignorance and actually try to learn something (instead of watching PBS or CNN) then i recommend reading "the law" by Frederick Bastiat. The book explains in simple concrete logic the basis for all political power and the power given to law. To sum it up as best as I can, I will say this. God gives mankind the right to life, liberty and property. Mankind needs to protect these and forms government to protect these rights based upon the principle of collective rights. The power of collective rights is a defensive power, one which is only justifiably used to protect the lives, liberties, and properties of those involved. However this is where the fairy tale ends. Through time this ideal was corrupted and some began to abuse this power, using it to prey upon others. That corruption is the cause of all suffering on earth.}
The power of the federal government is divided amongst three branches. This is to insure that no one branch could ever be powerful enough to be a threat to states rights, and in turn to your own God given rights. (remember your rights come from God, the government's rights come from you)
But now we are seeing these safeguards ignored, the judicial branch starts to legislate, (case precedent) the executive branch starts to dictate, (executive orders which are reserved for use only in extreme emergencies, are commonly used by presidents to make instant legislation that isn't ratified by the senate, or the house of representatives.. (in short the power of a dictator) The legislative branch passes thousands of laws that contradict one another and ratifies dozens of treaties that threaten our national sovereignty, almost all of which are unconstitutional. As the war on drugs and now "evil doers"rages onward, our fearless leaders resorted to using the military for law enforcement (something that only true nazi*s do) So now we have a healthy socialist tumor, growing uncontrollably until you no longer live in a republic, governed by law, you live in a democracy, governed by fear, ignorance, and legal plunder. These things are self evident, amen.

"if you wanna get my herpes"

Lately I have noticed a disturbing trend in the pop music scene {aside from the pop scene its self} I am not sure of it's origin but it is most foul. I first encountered it around the time when the evolution first produced the spice girls. Or maybe it first appeared on the musical genetic code when Mrs. Twain whipped out the bull dyke classic "any man of man". Could this fiend have come from the tribal-getto-rap scene? Or perhaps it*s a redneck/gangsta/lesbian combo.
Either way, I have suffered silently and I can no longer hold the wrath my conscience now forces me to bare.
These "Artists" taunt me with their shallow lyrics, overly repetitious choruses and lack of musical talent all together... one choice phrase that classes this evil essence is "I'm a crack whore in a ghetto baby, if you want to be with me you got to....." well you get the idea.
I have news for these "pop diva's".... I wont be "any man of yours", I don't "want be your lover", and I will never "get with you". I fear the VD that oozes from your mouths, bowls, and wombs far more than your over painted, plastic breast enhanced, fashion icon, teen-idol, trade marked-patented-copyrighted, computer enhanced voice could ever allure me. You disgust me. I refuse to worship your golden cat Your life canal is like the Rio Grande, stinking and polluted though thousands still try the swim .
find something better to chant to, I*m weary of hearing how badly I want you, about what I gotta do to if im gonna do you. You are the pied piper of whores.

WHY WE PROSPER WITH FREEDOM

Ladies and gentlemen, boys, girls, commie faggots and baby killing socialists alike. I*ve been observing what*s going on in our nation these past few weeks. Clinton and his demonic lackey, Algore (those socialist goons) have once more been doing their best to perform some good ole' buggery to our nation and its people by means of the economy. It has become painfully obvious to me that I must educate you of the truth behind economics. I will now put into mind throbbing simplicity the ten basic laws (cause and effect... logic: "that which is simple enough to be confounding") of economics.
If it was true before it is true now also, here is an essay i wrote back in high school.

why we prosper with freedom

an essay by me

In my essay I intend to show how and why we, individually, or as a nation, have prospered with our freedom. I will attempt to do this by going through the ten basic laws of free enterprise. First of all, we must understand what free enterprise is. Free Enterprise simply means any person can own and operate a lawful business without interference from the government. keep that in mind as I show my points. (note: most laws expand on previously mentioned laws (like geometry).

#1 law of production: Mans material wealth = natural resources + human energy multiplied by tools. In the past we have had ample resources and masses of manpower but we have lacked the tools to efficiently use them. Even at the founding of our nation 225 years ago most people were, according to our unusually high standard of living, poverty stricken. Now remember this is after we fought and won our freedom. Why is it that every one didn't become rich over night? Free Enterprise is like the suns heat on a snow pack... it takes a while to get things going. It takes time to build technology. look how long it took man to advance to where we were at the time of the revolutionary war. Now look at how quickly technology advanced since. do you see how we made the jump from muskets and wagons to nukes and space travel? Many of the most crucial technological advances ever made, happened in our country because our Free Enterprise system allowed for the potential of getting rich off of one's ideas.

#2 To prosper man must be free: freedom is, at it's very core, the right to property. this property includes almost everything that mankind is capable of taking possession of (land, animals, food currency, your body, etc.) If you worked all your life and never got to keep the fruits of your labors, how hard would you work? If all you could do was to work hard and practically starve anyway, I think your motivation would be limited. Imagine your self living under the feudal system, a system like all others (except free enterprise) where you aren't free. Do you think that your land lord, lord, or king (who keeps most of what you earn) is going to say "Take care of yourself first."? not likely. it's human nature to be greedy (which can serve an advantage) he'll most likely have his needs met before yours or anyone else's. Paying tribute, or taxes also limit our ability to succeed. After our nation was founded, although we weren't instant millionaires, our people were instantly sitting in a better position than most of Britain's people (not to mention 98% of the rest of the world) because they no longer had a king, or any other form of tyranny robbing them of both property and potential to be prosperous. People will in almost all cases take better care of their property, themselves, and work harder for themselves too. This Freedom also enables the individual to seek out and take advantage of opportunities that others may never have discovered, thus creating wealth that wouldn't have otherwise existed. (note: similar to #9)

#3 Man prospers not alone: this law is something I learned in the construction field.

One determined person can accomplish a lot, but two determined people can do three times that much. sure someone who has a good shovel and a strong back can dig a trench, but.... who made the shovel? who made his shoes? Who grows his food while he is making his shovel and his shoes? that is why man prospers not alone. (communists misinterpret this law "If one dose will help.. then, twenty or so should cure it!")
There isn't enough time to do everything your self and still any real level of technology. if one person or group focuses their time, energy, and tools to one area, they can perform this task more efficiently. If everyone were to devote themselves to one or two trades, then everything need can be produced more efficiently, improving quality, availability, price as well as saving time.

#4 Law of compromise: the ability to adapt to changes in circumstance is very important in any situation. one disadvantage of living with others is that compromise is often necessary to become or remain prosperous because of the actions of others.

#5 the law of distribution: The law of distribution simply states that whatever you put forth is what you receive. if you plant one acre of corn you'll get much less than the guy who planted two acres. Likewise if you manage what you have better than others do, you will get more return on your investment; time, labor, money, etc. (governments are never able to manage something as well as a private firm, this is why socialism and communism don't work) You can only have that which you are capable of obtaining. that may seem like a redundant statement but it really isn't. If there is an apple on a tree and you're too short to get it and you cant climb either, will you get the apple you want? someone who is taller or can climb will surely get the apple. I can't put it more simply than that.

#6 Importance of profit: this law illustrates the relationship between risk and profit. The more risk, the more potential for profit. it's a direct ratio... the more risk, the fewer competitors you'll have... this means there is less supply. which (showing #5 in action) dictates who can obtain you goods or services by raising the value to the equilibrium price. (the price at which producers are willing to sell and customers are willing to buy) this law illustrates why black markets exist an why prohibition of any kind doesn't work.

#7 Law of Compensation: would you risk your life for four dollars an hour? I can promise you that almost any sane person would say no. Would you risk you life for ten million dollars? Now there are a few more who would risk their lives... this has a direct correlation to #6, people will only do something if they think it is worth the risk. Or only a few people are capable of doing something because they made the investment of getting the training necessary to perform a certain task. Either way, natural law, (logic; cause and effect) dictates that people, unless compelled (or cheated) to do so, are always compensated for their actions. or as Sir Newton put it "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction."

#8 the law of inequality: I touched slightly on this subject in #3 but this law needs far more attention and explanation. this law states that if people are all turned into equals, they'll always rest on the lowest common denominator. True equality can never be accomplished; it's physically, mentally and in every other possible way impossible. Making everyone equal would turn us all into retards, geniuses, mothers, fathers, butchers, bakers and candlestick makers. Some people are naturally more intelligent than others; we have different personalities, genetics, foot sizes... the list is inconceivably long. to try to make everyone equal would destroy the very foundation of free enterprise, mankind, and even the universe. (maybe not the universe but I had to make my point) We can't be equal because we'd all have to think, feel, and do as everyone else. Trying to make everyone equal would create even more inequalities that are far worse than those that existed in the first place. it's best to make do with what God gave us on our birthday and with what we can accomplish ourselves.

#9 the law of private property: I pretty much explained this principal in #2. If you feel you must examine this one in depth, you should read it again.

#10 The law of predictable money: For thousands of years mankind has used some sort of currency to facilitate trade. the need for predictable money (dependable) money eventually led us to use precious metals as a medium for exchange. the reason is simple: gold, silver, brass, copper, and other such metals can't be made by anybody. since there is only a certain supply of these substances, their value is determined by the all powerful supply and demand curve. Suppose we used cows for our currency. you spend years accumulating cows, but as your cows get older they lose value, or they might even die. all of the time, labor, and feed you put into those cows could just vanish into nothing. not to mention it's not hard to make cows (not really "make" but if you have cows and bulls you're gonna get more cows).

One ounce of gold is will always be worth one ounce of gold. if you watch the stock market you will call me a liar and say that the value of gold has and does change often. If you have fallen for this trick then i truly feel sorry for you. the value of gold doesn't change but the value of our paper dollar does. our paper money itself is practically worthless, it's only paper and ink. our paper money is "backed up" by gold that is allegedly located at fort knox. this gold is what gives our paper money it's assumed value. that's why the value of gold appears to fluctuate. one day the dollar might be worth 1/375 of an ounce of gold, two weeks later the dollar might be worth1/400 of an ounce of gold. what happened? If you have two gallons of water, and eight one quart jars to put it in, each jar will be full. Now suppose you get eight more jars; you still have the same amount of water so each of the jars will have 1/2 a quart now. some evil force printed more money so there is less gold to put behind each dollar; thus it takes more dollars to buy the same amount of gold. our founding fathers realized this fact . that's why article 1 section 10 of the constitution states "No state shall make any thing but god and silver coin a tender in payment of dept.".. they wanted us to prosper with absolutely dependable and predictable money.
I hope i have explained a little bit of the cause and effect behind free enterprise. I admit my examples might have been a little far out there, but that just brings us back to #4. Free enterprise and the laws stated above are nothing more than simple logical Observations: In chemistry you can always tell what something is by how it acts or reacts... look at history... it's the same way with the economic systems of the world.
