I was born and raised in St. John's , Newfoundland.
My school years were spent at St. Joseph's on Quidi Vidi Road, and Gonazaga High School on Smithville Crescent. Both are located in St. John's.
I obtained my Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op), and Bachelor of Vocational Education degrees from Memorial University of Newfoundland. I am currently completeing the last course towards my Masters of Education (Post Secondary Studies) .
For the past 14 years I have taught Business Administration at the College of The North Atlantic. I am currently teaching at the Carbonear campus in Carbonear, Newfoundland. Carbonear is about a 1 hour drive from St. John's.
