Learning Style Inventories are the tools used to measure how you learn, ie: your preferred learning style.
There are many learning stytle instruments available. The report, Should we be using learning styles? What research has to say to practice (2004) by Frank Coffield, David Moseley, Elaine Hall and Kathryn Ecclestone identified 71 learning style instruments and theories.
