A funny thing happened to me in class the other day I was day dreaming in class, and it suddenly hit me.....why dont I have a shrine for the two most important people in my life....I mean, they are the reason I am what I am, and why im here in the first place. Maybe you can call it a being a mummas boy, but i guess you could also call it maturity, instead of rebelling against my parents like so many other people I know. Even though I know this doenst compare to the 20 years they've been there for me, I just wanted to take this moment to thank them for everythign they have done for me. Even though I may have put up a fight over certain things I realize its just there way of trying to make me the best that I can be. I think this reality didnt really set in until I got to college. I notice that things they have taught me and that I do with no problem, often give other people around here a hard time, weither it be just plain lazyness or whatever. It could be college making me realize it, it could be me coming into my own, or i could just be going mental, but whatever it is im glad I see it now. But I wanna thank you mom and dad for putting up with my crap over the last 20 years...for making me do stuff for myself....pushing me when I didnt wanna be pushed, or just lending and ear for my pissing and moaning, or lending much needed advice. I cant truely tell you how much I appreicate it. I know I dont say it nearly enough, but Thank you for everything.
With much love,
Jeremy
