IMHOTEP
THE ANCIENT EGYPTIAN PHYSICIAN AND VIZIER
His name means literally "he who comes in peace". He was a dified sage who lived in the reign of King Zoser of the IIIrd dynasty (about 2800 B.C.); a vizier of that king and the originator ot the magnificent step pyramid at Saqqara. He is the the oldest medical figure in history, although his books have disapeared. Later scribes used to pour few drops of water before starting to wtite as an act of respect to his soul. He was worshipped in later periods as the god of healing, and his chapel at Saqqara, which was called Asklepieion by the Greeks became a sanatrorium for the crippled. Building were dedicated to him in temples in the Theban region. The Greeks called him Imuthes.

     Our society was founded since the year 1985 in Egypt by Dr. Khalil Messiha from Egypt and Dr. Yehia Koshak from Soudia Arabia. We have more than 500 members now from different countries. Our society is concerning studies of all kinds of science and knowledge. Our interests for example include medicine, alternative medicine, archaeology and forbiden archaeology, sacred architecture, Dowsing and Radiesthesia, history of civilization ancient and modern, UFO and many other different interests.
