Here is a copy of a room share agreement that will be required unless both leagues agree to change it.

ROOM SHARE AGREEMENT

Each league has there own operating time in the lobby.

BA will host on Even hours. (Myleague.com Tournament Time - EST)Theoutcast will host on Odd hours.

During your time in the lobby you may spam your league every 10 minutes, equivalent to 6 times per hour. (EXAMPLE : BA has the lobby, they may spam there league every 10 minutes.)[Amendment 14.12.03 leagues will host one on one off basis if 1 lg is not wanting to host then the other lg may host back to back but must ask the other lg before hosting

You may host during the other leagues time, but it must be at a HQ table.

You may spam your tournament no more then 30 minutes prior to the start time. If the other league has use of the room you must ask them before you spam. If it is not your scheduled time to use the lobby and are hosting and a member asks if there is a tournament you may give the Jump Number and your HQ table.

If someone asks which league is using this room, you must give them the names of both leagues. Do not tell general players your league is better then theres regardless of opinions. Let new members try which league they like the best.

At no time will there be disrespect towards any member of either league.

Each Head Admin is responsible for there own members and actions.

Swearing should be kept to a minimum.

Either league member can join both leagues.

Encouraged recruiting will not be allowed. (EXAMPLE: TD should not be asking other league members to join.)

If either league remains inactive for a period of 1 month they lose all rights to the room. Inactivity will be based on Myleague.com discretion.

When available, both leagues may mark the room.

Myleague.com Representatives reserve the right to alter or nullify this agreement in anyway they see appropriate.
