Jen and Joe have been good friends of ours (meaning ellen & I) for a few years now. They are two of the coolest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. The type of friends that are cool and laid back enough so they don't get on your nerves. They lived on our floor at Umass in the 99-00 semester. Jen was the best RA, so you know we had a good time. I think that 99-00 was one of the best years of my college experience. The mix of people on the floor at that time was just right in my opinion. True, I hadn't met some of my friends from 00-01, but as far as a nice easy-going floor with no drama, that was the year to be on it.       Joe played football for the Umass Minutemen as #75. He currently coaches for Northeastern University. I think we play them this fall, so it will probably be wierd for Joe to play against his old team.       Joe is also the character that gave me shots of vodka trying to get me to yak! Remember "If you drink this, you'll be cool"? I'd drink it, then "If you drink this, you'll be the man", I'd drink it, then "If you drink this, you'll be awesome!", I'd drink it, then "if you drink this, you'll be a GOD!" Right about there is when Ellen grabbed the cup from my hand and led me to the GIRLS bathroom to blow chunks....Now THAT is a good girlfriend! Thanks hon... One of the only times I've gotten sick, all because Joe tried to KILL ME! :) :)       Jen always made me laugh too. Remember dancing it up on your birthday at Delanos? I'm grinding with Ellen and Jen while Joe was off getting some beer. Then 6'5 Joe stands behind me and I go "Oh, sorry dude, here's your girlfriend back"...
