Last week at Tehachapi Prison there were three turnkeys stabbed, and then at Chino there was a riot!!

Subsequently all the prisons in California went into "LOCKDOWN" status. The general populace has absolutely no idea what is happening, OF COURSE!

What is happening is something that should have, and could have been seen coming for quite a while.

At Tehachapi it was a result of the trading in human beings that is being practiced by the state's Fuhrer.

Now, as every grade-school student well and truly knows, slavery and trafficking in human beings are unlawful under the United States Constitution. Then, on the other hand, anyone who follows the goings-on in Shasta County Superior Court will well know that the judges of California (particularly superior court Judge WILSON CURLE) openly state that the Constitution of The United States has no bearing on California, which is driven by California laws and rulings, and has no standing.

If one were to seriously check court records for January 31, 2005, one would find his exact words.

What happened in Tehachapi was that several southern Mexicans decided to pre-empt their potential death sentences in slavery in Arizona being worked to death in a prison-for-profit where they were going to be sent by the Fuhrer in his on-going shell game with the prisoners of California.

They went on a rampage and stabbed several guards before being subdued. 

"SO?" or words to that effect one may say. . .

When people will risk certain death by lethal injection rather than be exported to a slave-labor camp (similarly to the Jews being exported from Europe to the camps at Auschwitz and the like, as was what happened the last time an Austrian gained control of a non-Austrian place.), and rise up in a futile armed insurrection.

The educated amongst us will remember studying things like the Warsaw uprising in Poland when Jews rose up against an army rather than go quietly to a slave-labor death.

That over with and in the process of being swept under the Teutonic carpet the inmates at Chino decided to let off steam caused by overcrowding and the consequential spread of disease and contagion by having a minor riot.

It has been said by many people (myself amongst them), that before any revolution there must be a breakdown and loss of faith in the Police and the Justice system.

Right now there is approximately ZERO faith in the law enforcement bodies of the United States, from the military occupation forces in the sovereign nation of Iraq, where the army that has been charged with upholding American Law sees fit to send an infantry squad out to murder a family so that several of them can unmolested rape a fourteen-year-old girl with impunity; to the guards in a local county jail (Shasta County Jail, December 7, 2002 when Deputy Bennet and his female accomplice Deputy Carol Burch saw fit to rape inmate Stein digitally under the guise of a laundry search. . . saying "Have a nice day, JEW") the law enforcement of this nation is in tatters.

Of course, the CDCR is not exempt from corruption.

(Actually some say that CDCR stands for California Department of Corruption & Rape.)

However, let it never be said that the author ignores the good that is done! 

The educated amongst us will recall the burial scene of 'Julius Caesar' (by Shakespeare) when Marc Anthony said "The evil men do lives after them, but the good is oft interred with their bones."

There are many evil people who are hiding behind badges, certainly, and most people are well aware of it.

However, there are also a great many really good people wearing badges who daily earn respect (that respect that others hide behind).

Then there are the "silent majority'' of peace officers who simply do their jobs.

Once I mention the rape at Shasta County Jail it is also incumbent upon me to mention that Deputy Meek DID save my life by risking her job and standing up to her superior's and ensuring that the author received urgent medical treatment on November 14, 2002, and that Deputy Estill literally carried the author to medical after he was poisoned by other guards at that institution in April of 2003.

Unfortunately the rot of corruption is like the rot and putrefaction of that major evil of the battlefield, GANGRENE. 

Once it is established it simply grows and spreads until the host body dies.

The major cause of the unchecked spread of the gangrene of corruption, is simply put the complacency of the masses. 

If every man, woman and child were to stand up for his or her rights, then evil people would never dare to perpetrate evil!

Meanwhile, the situation in the Jails and prisons of California where there are many like the author who have been imprisoned without legitimate trial (in tie author's case, denial of trial by denial of counsel, by denial of the effective assistance of counsel, and by the denial (FOUR TIMES) of the right to self representation.)
