Dear Friends,

Here's wishing you a Blessed New Year and, also, that the NWO continues to lose as much credibility as they did last year!  Hallelujah!  Fritz and I want to thank you for having gotten us through the last several years of difficulties.  Through faith in our Lord and the support of friends like you, we are still standing and ready to continue the battle until Fritz' release.  Although it was a difficult holiday season for us from Thanksgiving right through New Years, Fritz and I were thankful that we could at least spend Christmas day together.  

Since the November 13th sentencing for 111 months, of major concern to us was, "Will Fritz be housed here in Oregon"?  Several days before Christmas, Fritz was told that he would be relocated out of state.  Where?  They said, "you'll know when you get there".  What security level?  Same answer.  Exactly when?  All Fritz knew from observation was that, when they packed him up, it would be within a day or two.  As a result, we took every opportunity to get in as many visits as we could. Finally, Friday evening, January 9th to he called to tell me that he was packed up.  The following day, I drove out to see him at Sheridan for what will be the last time for a while.   

Just last Friday he called from his new counselor's office in Phoenix, AZ to say that he is OK and that he will be in a holding cell until they can find room for him in the general population, in the medium facility.  The good news about Fritz' status as medium security is that Sheridan (the only Federal Pen. in Oregon) has a medium facility.  The bad news is that his counselor told him he wouldn't be able to transfer back here for eighteen months.  He's eager to get situated and out of the "Limbo" he's in right now.  He's looking forward to hearing from all of you.  His contact info. is below:

For anyone who has not written to him before, the number following his name is his federal ID number.  You may send him letters and postcards only.  If you wish to send books, they must be paperback, purchased and sent from the retailer.  Magazines can be sent only by subscription.  Just know that they read every letter that comes in, therefore, it may take several extra days to get to him because of the processing.

By the way, Fritz is a Jewish Christian, and I am one of the few "Identity" believers that he saw eye to eye with because I am not in the least bit predjudiced against the jewish people, believing that the criteria for salvation is whether one accepts Yahshua (Jesus) the Christ, or not.....and that race plays no part in that choice. (Although admittedly by reason of culture it would be HARDER for a jewish person to find Christ than some others, which merely gives me all the greater admiration for Fritz.

Furthermore, I know that Fritz would not himself become involved with any (gov't contelpro black op like) "Army of God" which no Identity people ever even heard of before suddenly some strange story surfaced involving that. Neither would Fritz even be involved with ANY Identity movement, as that supremecist stuff would certainally have been offensive to him. He might have sold books to some of the better ones of them, but that would be all.

There is no doubt in my mind that Fritz is a good Christian.
There is no doubt in my mind that he DID NOT rob a bank, any more than Artie McBeardy did years ago, who I also knew.

Art was using the independant churches to spread his message of income tax resistance, always passing out that "National Taxpayers Union" material, pamphlets and etc. And the Identity churches were fertile ground for that resistance, therefore Art frequented many of them, but not them exclusively. And they framed Art just like they framed Fritz, because both were stirring up quite a following regarding subjects the establishment would just as soon was never brought up. 

But Arts "offense" was the same as Gordon Kahl's "offense" who they fried down in Arkansas, torching the house he was staying in, as it was a shootout standoff, and Kahl was a WW-ll decorated American hero and quite a marxman. A Christian who believed in his right to self defense though. So McBeardy and Kahl were taken out of circulation over the tax issue, and it had absolutely nothing to do with their religious beliefs, except that they were loners, separateists and men of faith that were active in their unpopular beliefs, and believed in no compromise with authority when authority was wrong. Kahl in a shootout, McBeardy in a frameup, as he was not the type they could have incited to engage in a Waco type standoff. And Art got involved with Butler, who himself was more of the mentality of Gordon Kahl, a WW-ll AMerican hero, and a Christian that hated all jews because he saw the deeds of some of them involved with  the NWO, and Butler was pretty short on compassion, so I don't doubt some of the folks assembled out there at Hayden 

Lake,  a few of them might have been a coupla quarters short of a dollar. But McBeardy was no thief, he was framed plain and simple. I sat across the coffee table with him discussing all of his material one day, and came to the personal conclusion that he really wasn't even "Identity" as much as he was anti Federal Reserve", but he was no thief that would rob a brinks truck, those types of hair brained ideas probably came from U.S.Gov't plants sent to infiltrate Butler, just as WTC the first occurence admittedly by them was, and undoubtedly the WTC second occurance too !

Heh, poor Art never knew that the NTU was a front company for the NWO types (they always play both sides) but I thought I'd clear this up about Fritz.

Fritz, NOT being idenitity in ANY sense, only shared the fact that he is an independent thinking Christian, well read on the NWO, and not only knew of, but was one of the main authorities in the underground that was exposing the establishments continuance of MK Ultra, and use of mind control under different names. Therefore they had as much or more of a reason to get Fritz as they did the other two, for even the establishment people (some of them) are now hinting that maybee we ought to do something about the tax issues. But the subject of mind control is taboo, excepting cases where they sometimes publish something to counter the truth uncovered by guys like Fritz, or to spin the thing so as the rabbit hole gets too deep for anybody to get to the bottom of it all.

I cannot come up with any proof to help clear Fritz in your mind, but I can go on public record saying that I am thoroughly convinced that Fritz is a good Christian, and therefore would not rob a bank even if he was starving to death, which he was not.

No doubt Fritz had a few issues that might have been not exactly perfect, but who do you know that is "Mr Pure" in every little detail. I do not know the details, but anybody who gets harrassed by the gov't might be prone to error regarding certain "papers" like permits, lisenses, id. and etc. like that, whether Fritz did or did not I honestly don't know, but his case sounds strikingly similiar to the Weaver debacle. You know some miner unjust illegeal law about how long the barrel of a gun can be, is what they mushroomed into the provocation to shoot Weavers wife in the head for, and ole Randy was a bad guy for selling a shotgun?

Ha, ha, the killers are the ones doing all the accusation, and the ones they are accusing are the ultra hard core independant thinking types, that are Christians that know the score. 

So you can mark down in your book, this "John Torell" fellow, the odds are 10 to 1 that he is either in some way connected to the SPLC or else some alphabet soup company for the New World Order.
And in the case of the longshot, if he is not, then he is one very uninformed dude.

And although I never met Fritz personally, I have read his books, and corresponded with him both via snail mail and e-mail, and eveything he has relayed to me has all been on the up and up as far as I can tell. And in the several years that I have been acquainted with Fritz and his works, I have not found even as much error or lack of "credibility" as I get when I listen to the bushman in any little twenty minute speech that his writers write for Him and he tries to recite.

Go figure.......
