october highlights...

Thursday, October 24. Runs and swims.
I have had some good runs and swims this last week. The swim on Sunday felt awesome and my last run (Portage Bay short course) was 3 minutes faster than my first attempt last week. Off to riding tonight and hopefully will get back on track in fencing on Sunday.

Thursday, October 17. It's alive!
It's true, I am alive and even doing some training now and then. Went for a run while traveling for business in Cincinnati. Even did a run and a swim last week. House, work, finances and a longlasting cold/flu are giving me lots of reason to put training off. Once the cold breaks I'm back on track though. Stay tuned.
