Also assist in quality control and trouble shooting software, hardware and network problems for the department. Research more effective and efficient ways of image manipulation. Assist in calibrating printers, computers and cameras to assure pre-press quality.

Understood set technical procedures and was able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Can interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Knowledge of all steps of document production was necessary to ensure that all photos, type, logos and/or illustrations reproduced correctly at the publishing stage with an absolute minimum of changes and expense.
