During a fateful shopping trip Tia and Tamera discover each other for the first time. They believe faith brought them together after 14 years of separation. Now they insist on growing up as sisters. Their parents, however, have nothing in common what so ever, and don't share the twins enthusiasm on living under the same roof. When Tia learns her mother has been offered a job in St. Louis, she and Tamera decides to run away, not wanting to split up ever again.
