The only thing I know about Splat is that she's Booger's daughter and Crusty's twin. You'd think I would know more but I don't. She does seem to be the good twin though. Maybe they were joined at the hip or something and when seperated she got the good personality and Crusty got the inherently evil one. Enh...who knows...
