Last updated July 21st 2002
Again a rainy weekend, but this time only Qualifications was amputated by the rain. However, Morten was able to adjust his right foot faster than the throttlestop brigade adjusted their electronics, so we qualified 2nd on a 9.926.

We were to meet fellow countryman Tom Nilsen in his 69 Camaro. He is not so experienced so we had good hopes of going to the next round.
But this time we got an example of how cruel Super Gas racing can be.
We lost on a 9.898 to a 25.570!!!
Nilsen lost fire and Morten had already passed the finishline when he restarted and limped down the track. But we broke out with two tousands of a second!
This must be some kind of record, surely ???
