Our first final gave us this trophy for 2nd place!.
Øyvind "Bashful" Marheim beat us in the final and got another win in his Chevy powered AMX.
(The Swedes gave him that nickname because he is too shy to go on the podium to accept his prices.)
This is a view over Valle airport and the mountain beside it.
Can you imagine the echo from that mountain when the Top Fuelers run?
We decided to drive home over the mountains through Telemark instead of driving the longer but better road south and by the cost.
Our trusty old Caprice did not like the idea at all!
