| (Mr.Showtime is backstage in his locker room and Jake Matthews walks in.Mr.Showtime has a pissed look on his face and looks at Jake.) Jake Matthews-Why you look like you gonna kill somebody? Mr.Showtime-Because I want too.Son I thought we had a good chance of winning going into to this thing I have no idea how GTA got in front of us and actually won. Jake Matthews-Yeah well you gotta realize everybody went into that match looking for a win. We just gotta remember not to let that last lost slow us down. It takes time to get to the top you know that man. Mr.Showtime-Well you know what I just don't feel good about myself and I know i won't feel better until I win. Jake Matthews- Thats the right attitude to have. But sitting back here being pissed off about it isn’t going to help at all. We gotta keep it moving. (looks at his watch) Now they are having some dark matches now but we can go out cut an interview about our match with Last Resort. Thats what we should really be worrying about anyway. Mr.Showtime-I'm Down Let me put my boots on. (Mr.Showtime puts his boots on and they both walk out of his locker room. They start walking towards the entrance into the arena. They reach the curtains and a productions manager starts running towards them with a since of urgency on his face.) Producer-Hey guys you can't go out there.They are in the middle of a match.You can't go through. You have to tell us if you want to do a promo or something you know that. Jake Matthews- Yo who are you talking to. Maybe you better save that for some other ass kissing chumps in the back. Cause you got the wrong team right now. Your talking to the future champions Mr.Showtime and Jake Matthews better known as..... Producer- I don’t care but I know who you are Brooklyn Beatdown and.... Mr.Showtime-That is exactly what u will get if you don't get out of my way! (Mr.Showtime begins to make his way out and the producer steps in his way. Showtime looks down at the small man this grabs him by the shirt and throws him over to Jake. Jake grabs him by the back of the head and tosses him to the ground.) Jake Matthews: B*tch this is Brooklyn right here and don’t forget that. (Jake and Showtime step through the curtain the crowd goes crazy.They begin to cheer frantically as Mr.Showtime and Jake Matthews step out onto the stage.They walk to the ring calmly like a stoll through the park. They step up the ring steps and get in.The two guys wrestling ask question them asking what the hell they are doing and then Mr.Showtime and Jake Matthews exchange a look and then get to work. Jake nails one guy in the nose with a hard punch and Showtime and Jake grab the other guy and send him into the ropes. When he comes off Showtime catches the guy with a big boot and he rolls out the ring. Then Jake and Showtime grab the last guy left in the ring the one that Jake punched earlier. They take him and throw him over the ropes and then Jake walks over to the Ring Announcer and grabs a mic and then Jake hands the mic to Showtime.) Mr.Showtime-You know if I can be serious for a minute(Crowd cheers)At Lighting me and Jake Matthews came out here and busted our asses to put on a good show for you.We gave you what you wanted to see.You wanted to see Mr.Showtime take out anybody he wanted too.Well guess what I did and it still didn't put a 1 in the W column.That is my main goal at this point and time to get a win.When The Brooklyn Beatdown is settled in there will be hell to pay in the TWW Tag Team Division. Jake Matthews-You see Mr.Showtime is right. At Lighting we had every reason to believe we would walk out that ring with our hands raised. We were the strongest team there and we had something to prove but somehow the GTA creeped away with the win. Hey do what you gotta do but don’t think for one minute thats the last your going to hear of us. We refuse to fade away after one lost just like that. Thats why at this Shockwave we will have to take things one step further. Last Resort’s demise won’t be the only thing we plan on doing. See you got two thugs from Brooklyn pissed off and trust me you will feel our anger at Shockwave cause we are not the type to sit back and wait for things to come to us. We are to go out and get what we want and what we want is Respect,Gold, and to hurt as many people as possible while we achieve those other two goals. But I’ll let the big man break it down some more. (Mr.Showtime takes the mic and begins to pace.) Mr.Showtime-You know I call an Ace an Ace I call a Spade a Spade and I will admit it to everyone in this arena tonight.The Brooklyn Beatdown lost now were not like other teams who will probably come out here and whine and piss and moan,we should have won the match they cheated I wanna rematch oh just shut the hell up.You see I do not dwell on the past yet I am looking forward to Tuesday.Last Resort vs. Brooklyn Beatdown. The previw read Both teams both do not have a win so it could be a big step up for whoever wins.Now Last Resort we are just 3 days away from the match.3 days away before you feel a Beatdown. Jake Matthews- Three days before the havoc. Threee days before everyone learns all about the physics of a Brooklyn Beatdown. Its going to be a sight to see on Shockwave. Many of you have seen Beatdowns before but on Shockwave we will go to the extreme on Last Resort and on anyone who steps in our way. Showtime may not want to dwell on the past but allow me to for a moment. A week ago on Shockwave we came and we took out every team in sight. Now that wasn’t by chance and it wasn’t by luck. We did that because we could and because no team in the TWW can match up to us. Jake Matthews and Mr.Showtime are the team of the future. I’ve said it before and I will say it now and its not bullsh*t like many of the teams talk when they come out here. I honestly believe that and at Shockwave I plan on taking that belief to the next level when me and Mr.Showtime prove it without a shadow of a doubt to all of you. Mr.Showtime-You leave us no choice but on Tuesday Night at Shockwave the Brooklyn Beatdown will walk out on top.When it is all said and done and the smoke is all clear Mr.Showtime and Jake Matthews will have there hands raised high in the air as we claim our first Win.Last Resort you leave us no choice which will be the Last Resort for us which Hitz from the Street.You will feel the Beatdown! (Their music hits and Showtime drops the mic. The fans cheer and Jake him have an all business look on their face as they leave the ring.) |
