Woody - The Verbal Assault
Woody Driver
[Click! The camera feed picks up, and the scene immediately opens to the sandy shores of Westmont, Virginia. Woody Driver is laying comfortabely in a lawn chair, while reading a newspaper. Prescott sits in a chair alongside him, while enjoying the refreshment of some nice, cold beer. Suddenly, Woody chuckles, and tosses down the paper to his feet. He looks into the sun, and squints. He quickly puts on his sunglasses, and then clears his throat. He then begins to speak.]

Woody Driver: "OK, reality check here. What is the point in doing an hour long interview, when the real elite men make it short, sweet, and down to the point, and nothing but the point? Can you answer that for me, Sazuka?"

Prescott: "Well, obviously not. I mean, look at his interviews."

Woody Driver: "Exactly my point. Sazuka, you confuse me. You go around blaspheming, saying that you will attain my perfect record. Well, look into my eyes, and tell me you are going to beat me. Look into my eyes, and tell me you are going to send my undefeated streek down the pipe. Look into my eyes, and tell me what you see!"

Prescott: "He wouldn't be able to do it. He is too busy with those girlfriends of his. He isn't into this match, he is putting on a mirage."

Woody Driver: "Yes, or so it would seem. Maybe he is just dreaming out loud, who knows. However, whatever the case may be, we know that his interviews are meaningless for the short term, and certainly pointless for the long run. I mean, what is he trying to do? Intimidate me? Well, if he is, then it certainly is not working."

Prescott: "He isn't intimidating me either, therefore, his powerless words have no effect on you, like you just stated. Say, Woody..how about this Smasher dude? He has been talking a lot of crap about me, and it is starting to make me mad!"

Woody Driver: "Yes, I can see your point. He is just angry that I beat him, fair and square. Then he goes on and baffles about how he had the match one."

Prescott: "Sure, in your own mind Smasher."

[The men share a brief chuckle]

Woody Driver: "Yes, we will touch on Smasher later. Besides, you will get your revenge at the Pay-Per-View, trust me, you will."

Prescott: "Can I quote you on that one, Woody?"

Woody Driver: "Quote me on that one, Prescott!"

Prescott: "Awesome!"

Woody Driver: "Sure is. Now, Sazuka.. I just want to leave in your mouth a bitter taste going into this match. I guarantee you that no matter what you say, whether it make the least bit of sense or not, will not decide the outcome. Because, sorry to disapoint you my friend, but the outcome has been decided, and Woody Driver has been declared the winner. Good luck though, maybe you can put on a good showing!"

[The men both share a humerous chuckle, as the picture fades to black.]
