Representation and a realisation (Part 1)
Smasher
The picture comes on and the quality isn't as good as it normally is. In front of the camera stands an old rundown large building that looks like it could have been a factory at one time. The camera rotates all the way around and there seems to be nothing visible except for the landscape in the far distant horizon. As the camera continues moving around, it is possible to see that in the sandy earth leading to the front of the building is a few faint tracks from vehicles. These markings continue up to a point and then they stop and seem to disappear as there is not sign of them being anywhere else. The sun is shining brightly in the sky and the heat and hot air can be seen rising up from the ground. The camera finishes circling the area and then stops looking back towards the old factory and at the entrance. Smasher steps out from behind the camera and walks to be in the picture.

Smasher: "Some of you out there might realise where I am standing now, you will remember this building from the very first time that I arrived in TWW and got a cameraman to come and film my first interview here. The location of this building is a secret and very few people actually know its whereabouts. That's the way I like it and that's the way I want it to stay. Because of that I have got a personal camcorder to make this promo without the aid of anyone in TWW. This keeps the number of people finding this building to a minimum."

Smasher now walks behind the camera once again and picks it up. The picture is slightly jumpy as he walks towards the building carrying the camera. He eventually reaches the large front doors to the rundown building. Smasher's hand reaches in front of the lens and pushes the doors open letting some light into an otherwise dark area. The camera is then lowered and placed upon the floor, and Smasher walks back into view. The area where Smasher is now, appears to be what looks like a reception for the factory when it was in use. There is a desk to one side of the room with a chair behind it, and there is a machine on the opposite side of the wall where the workers would have clocked in and out when they where either starting of finishing work. There is a small side door near this which has a sign saying 'Locker Room' upon it. Behind Smasher directly ahead are some large double metal doors with no windows in, which leads to the main area of the factory. Smasher looks around slightly before speaking towards the camera once more.

Smasher: "If you saw my first ever promo you will know that this used to be a factory, but it has long since closed, and now I own it. You should also know that behind those double doors (He turns around and points behind him at the doors) is the most impressive structure ever built that a match has been conducted in. However what none of you know is that is this building is all of my memories from my past and all of my hopes for the future. This is more than just a building to me, it is a big part of my life. Over the past few days I haven't been seen much, and the reason for this is that I have been spending some time here. I have been assessing what I have done, and what I would still like to do. Now don't just believe that all I have been doing is thinking, because I certainly haven't. That is not the case as there are some important matches coming up including the PPV. No, I have also been training that little bit harder, pushing myself that little bit more to try and help me focus and be in better condition. I am not just talking about training the body, but also the mind.

Through that small door there (He points) there is some of the best gym equipment that is available. I have been in there working out, and this allows me to be by myself, with no distractions. In there are also a number of awards, trophies, and belts that I have got throughout my career in wrestling. These are from various federations and parts of the worlds. Each one is important to me and they each represent different things. Some are from when I was just starting out in the wrestling business, others are when I was fighting the very best in the Japanese federations. But this time to myself has been a great help to me. I wanted to emphasise the fact that I was training my mind because in the last match on Lightning against Woody Driver I wasn't focused, I concentrated more on his caddy and what I would do to him if he interfered, than on who was my real opponent. This weekend I have realised a number of things and that is just one of them. I am not bitter about the fact that Woody beat me, in fact it was one of the best things to happen to me, because it opened my eyes. I realised that I was to concerned with being undefeated and all I cared about was staying without a loss. But nobody can do that, nobody can win every match, especially not in TWW, as there must be the greatest selection of wrestlers in any part of the world, and in any federation.

This federation is all about competition and that's what I am here for, not having the longest undefeated streak, that is just an additional goal to aim for, that is just one of those extras which you try to maintain for as long as possible knowing that the chances of you keeping it for long are small. But I do know that wins and matches get you noticed here, but the calibre of opponent is also a big factor, my two wins were against athletes which don't care about their life and their achievements, they just are happy to collect their pay cheques at the end of the day and go home to watch tv. But that isn't good enough for me, I want more! Woody I am not bitter about Prescott assisting you in our match or the fact that you used the ropes to help get the pin. In fact I thank you, and as I said any other wrestler would do the same. But now I have a match against Wako on Shockwave. I don't mean to be disrespectful but I am not concentrating upon this match as I don't see Wako as a threat, just as one of these pay cheque collecting wrestlers. He is a joke, and not worthy of being in the same federation as the rest of the TWW wrestlers. He has a habit of no showing at events and I wouldn't be surprised if this Tuesday is the same. For this reason I am looking ahead to the PPV were I will be involved in a triple threat finishers match. I will be facing you again Woody Driver but also Sazuka."

Smasher then slowly walks over to the small side door with the sign upon it saying 'Locker Room'. He opens the door and stands the doorway looking inside. He places his hands on his hips and continues looking. After a few seconds he walks back towards the camera leaving open the door. The picture then goes black as Smasher switches off the recording.
