The picture suddenly comes straight on. The picture shows quite large room, where Smasher was looking in before he switch off the camera. Inside there are a number of training equipment that is in good condition. There are various types of machines, not just weights, but also cardiovascular apparatus like bikes and running machines. At the back is a door into the main section of the factory. Also at the back of the room behind all of the training equipment along the back wall is like a shrine. It has a number of title belts and trophies all in glass cases hung up. Each shines brightly as the sliver and gold looks as if it is regularly polished and cared for. Each case has a bottom lined with a purple coloured material. In the centre is a large trophy which is elaborately design and decorated in ribbons. He camera zooms in a slight way to the plaque that has been made and attached to the case in which the trophy is held. The plaque can just be read saying 'Winner Of The Gimmick Match Tournament' and then underneath is a year which is to small to read. The camera then zooms back out to show the rest of the room again. Smasher then walks back out into the picture from behind the camera and starts to talks.
Smasher: "Mind Games is certainly going to be interesting for a number of reasons and I think that this finishers match with Woody, Sazuka and me will be one to stay tuned for. We are all newcomers here in TWW and relatively on an equal standing, I think that TWW sees us all as having potential to be major players here. That is why this match is so important, because we are all fighting to get ahead of each other and get that push. This is more than a match, and it will decide more than peoples win and loss records it could well decided each of our futures and careers in TWW. That is why I have made sure that I am ready for Friday, more ready that ever before. Sazuka you must have one of the biggest egos in the world. You talk about how you are to good to wrestle the likes of me and Woody Driver, well this match will prove if you are. You certainly can't be accused of lacking confidence in your own ability, but then again why should you if you are as good as you say you are. But let me just tell you one thing and that is you may think you have some kind of right to be in main events, and that you shouldn't have to start from the beginning again here. Well, it's the same for everyone, you can't just go around demanding that you get title shots, and demanding that you are in main events, you can talk all about what you accomplished elsewhere because here it means very little.
I also used to be the best in other federations but I know that TWW is different, it is full of the best and, it will take time but I know what I am capable of and that I will make it to the top. All of these belts and trophies are what I won elsewhere. The one in the centre is the one I am most proud of. I zoomed in for everyone to get a closer look, this is the one I won in the gimmick match tournament that I fought in while wrestling in Japan. That is why I call myself the King of the Gimmick Match, it isn't just some name I made up for myself it has meaning. However, I don't just wrestle gimmick matches I can fight in ordinary matches just as well as anyone else. Woody Driver I think you tried to make a comment that because you beat me on Tuesday that you are the new king of gimmick matches. Well, that was just one match and that doesn't prove much. Sazuka you like to use cheap insults like saying nobody is as good looking as you, well this business isn't about looks, this match isn't about looks. This mask I wear isn't just for fashion, it is to cover the scars and marks from a time before TWW, where I fought with the best to be the best.
It shows that I was prepared to give everything that I had to make it to the top, even if it meant sacrificing things such as my looks. Sazuka you also joked that you didn't know who I was, and that you couldn't remember my name, that it wasn't worth remembering, well you will know my name after Friday, I can a sure you of that. I will show you that I am every bit as good as you and that I might be even better. I won't pass up the opportunity, and I bet you and Woody won't either to put on one hell of a show, of our skills, and abilities, and this is the best chance we have to do it, on PPV at Mind Games. I want to make a great showing in this match and to do that I don't necessarily have to win but I won't be going there thinking that I don't care about the result, and that I am beaten before I get in the ring. Sazuka you had better watch what you say because I have known many people have their mouth get them into trouble. You can carry on talking your trash about me an Woody but even though we are no way the best of friends we might just be forced to team up in that match and work together to shut your mouth. But Sazuka now listen very carefully as I have a challenge for you for the Tuesday Shockwave following Mind Games. I want a match against you, whether at the PPV I win, lose, draw, get beaten senseless or whether I am the one beating you and Woody senseless, I want a one on one match with you. As you don't seem to think my name is worth remembering and that you like you should be involved in the best matches and that you accomplish s many first. Well how about our match being the first ever Say My Name Match!? That's right similar to an I Quit Match, the winner must take a microphone from the referee and make the other wrestler say their name.
I know that you might say that I am not good enough to face you, and that the match won't prove anything. But to me it will prove something, it will prove who has what it takes to climb the ladder the fastest. I guarantee that this won't be our last match and we will meet further down the line in our TWW careers, who knows it might even involve the World Title! So as for any excuses that you might come up with to avoid this match, I don't want to hear them. I hope that it will be me and you, one on one, mono on mono, what every you want to say, in what ever language, but I want you in the first Say My Name Match! That is all I have to say for the moment but if anyone thinks that I am just a wannabe star, just do a little research and you will find that I certainly aren't. If you do decide to look up what I have done, you will without a doubt discover what was my most famous match. Simply it is known as The Torture Chamber. I designed the match and thought it up, its structure has been replicated and built inside the main area of the factory, I built it myself and it is a constant reminder of my greatest contest and match. I seriously recommend if you get the chance to see a video with the match that you watch it. You will certainly learn something about me, but who knows you might even learn something else!"
With that Smasher stops talking and walks over to the camera. He pauses and looks around a bit more at the symbolic reminders of his accomplishments in the form of title belts, trophies and other awards. Then he goes out of view of the camera and the picture goes completely black as Smasher switches off the recording. |
