Video Tape Recorded just before the PPV Card Announced
Woody Driver
[Click! The camera feed slowly but surely picks up, and the camera picture becomes quite clear. Woody Driver is sitting in a golf cart, staring down at a scorecard. It is a foggy, crisp, and very cool morning out. The sun has not yet broken the dark clouds, and there is a light drizzle falling from high up in the sky. Woody is decked out in a nice, and convenient rain coat. He nods his head while still looking down at the scorecard, and then lets out a long sigh, while stretching. He looks upwards, towards the Tiana Country Club, Pro Shop, as if he is looking for something. He must not see it, as he moves his head from side to side. Finally, he gives up, and looks up into the sky. He lets out an air of breath once more, and then drops his head. Suddenly, he clears his throat, and begins to speak]

Woody Driver: "Yes, it's true. The time has come for the notorious Woody Driver, and Smasher to meet once again, in the squared circle. Not only did I defeat him last time, but I put him to shame, when I did exactly as I said that I would, when I, in the own words of Smasher himself, 'Bashed Him Over the Head', and pinned him."

[Woody looks around his shoulder, towards the Pro Shop once more. But to no avail, as there is no movement. Woody turns back at the camera, and let's out a slight sigh. He then smiles briefly, and continues]

Woody Driver: "Now, Smasher, it seems as though you and Sazuka have the same problem here. Not only do you both, one hundred percent, absolutely disgrace the sport of wrestling, but you both have troubles letting go of the past. Well, this is a very common case, but, just like everything, I have an advantage to it. I can work your weaknesses of not being able to let go of the past, for my advantage in our upcoming match, at the Pay-Per-View. You see, while you are concerned with what happened last Friday, Smasher.. I have emerged into a much greater superstar, while you are still stuck on that losing block. I have left you in the trail of my dust, racing up in the rankings. I guess that is something you just can't handle. You can't handle the fact that someone is better than you. Well, all evidence points to the fact that you must have lead a very sheltered life. Because quite frankly, you are not very impressive, and there must have been many children that far outshined you in any activities. Once again, dare I say, Sheltered Life?"

[Woody looks back towards the Pro Shop. There is still nothing. Woody lets out a sigh as though he were a little bit discouraged. He looks back into the camera]

Woody Driver: "Well, as you can see clearly, Prescott is not alongside with me, today. Oh, he is in that Pro Shop, but only the Good Lord in Heaven knows what he is doing, and why he is taking so very, very long. But, we shall carry on without him. I mean, for heaven's sake, it's not like I am dependent on Prescott in everything that I do. He just adds to the wealth, if you know what I mean. Well, now, continuing. Smasher, rest assured we have developed a relationship. A relationship of hate, disgust, patheticisim, and complete disfunction. I can't stand you, and I'm sure you think the same of me."

[There is a noise coming from the Pro Shop. A rather short, and wide man steps out through the entrance door. He waves at Woody, as he notices Woody intently looking for Prescott to come out. Woody nods his head in return, and faces the camera once more.]

Woody Driver: "You see, the fun and games are over, Smasher. It's bedtime, the party has been crashed, your date has been ruined, your dream, has been shattered. Can I get the picture into your head any clearer? What don't you get about this? I have the battle won, my friend. Prescott and myslef have etched, and weaseled are way in, but we have gotten into your mind. We are in your mind to the point where you don't even make sense anymore. Not only do you not make sense, but you sound absolutely ridiculous. It's true, it really is. You obviously, once again, cannot let go of the past. After Mind Games, when I slap my finisher on someone, either you, or Sazuka, I will go on to bigger and better things. Smasher and Woody Driver is in the books, it is the past, not the future. I have elevated beyond your wildest imagination, I am under par."

[The door of the Pro Shop flings open, and Prescott bursts out with a big smile on his face. He looks at Woody, and waves. He jogs over to Woody, and takes a seat in the golf cart.]

Prescott: "Geez, I got caught up talking to the manager of the golf course. Quite a nice man. Did I mention he watches the Tidal Wave Wrestling?"

Woody Driver: "No, you didn't, but that's OK. Just, listen while I preach wisdom into many ears."

[Prescott nods his head, and smiles]

Woody Driver: "Smasher, I have had my share of fun with you, but, you are in a sense, getting old. I have been there, done that, I have beat you, I have embarrased you, and I have proven the fact that you simply do not have what it takes to stick with me. Even Prescott, of all people, can probably wipe you out, it's that simple. So, onto some more old news, Sazuka."

[Prescott chuckles]

Prescott: "How long has this interview been going on? Have you only talked about Smasher? Did you get him pretty good?!?"

[Woody just shakes his head in disgust]

Woody Driver: "Well, Prescott, maybe you should have came out here. Yes, this has been going on for quite some time, and yes, this interview has been mainly about Smasher. Now, as I said, onto other, old news...that of Sazuka."

[Prescott licks his lips and rubs his hands together]

Prescott: "Mmm, this should be interesting!"

Woody Driver: "Well, Sazuka, it looks like you bogied as well!"

[Prescott and Woody blast into an uproar of laughter. Prescott is on his knees in the golf cart, rolling around. Woody's face is red, and tears have formed from such intense laughter.]

Woody Driver: "Ah, that was a good one. I am just the Parrer at this stuff, eh?"

[The men laugh once more, only this time, not as hard]

Woody Driver: "You know, getting back on Smasher, after seeing his latest interview, in two separate parts, I thought of something else. Prescott, am I the only one here that is sick and tired of his whining and crying?"

Prescott: "Oh, you're telling me. Ever since he has lost to you that is all that he has done."

Woody Driver: "No kidding, I mean seriously, Smasher.. Stop whining. You lost, you lost, STOP making excuses."

Prescott: "Exactly, you lost, so face it. Obviously Woody would have beat you in any scenario, so just let it go."

[Woody taps Prescott on the shoulder]

Woody Driver: "Prescott, check this out.."

[Prescott nods his head. Woody speaks, only his voice is that of a foolish man's, and he seems whiny, and moany]

Woody Driver: "Your feet were on the ropes, that's why you won. If it wasn't for that caddy of yours, I wasn't really focused on you. Oh boo-hoo!"

[The men burst out in laughter once more.]

Prescott: "Well, I think we all know who that is. Cough, cough, Smasher!"
Woody Driver: "Exactly. If you were worth two hoots in the first place your mind would have been on me, and you would be able to accept the fact that I am simply better than you are. Now, one more thing. Smasher, there really is no need to walk out here every single night and talk our ears off, talk and talk and talk until I get to the point where I turn the TV off while you are still flapping your gums, for no use. You think you got what it takes to make it to the top of this federation, do you? Well, not while I am around, and I'm not planning on leaving this for a long, long time. You seem to be keyed up about Sazuka cracking a few jokes, well, get over that as well, and focus on the real problem here."

[Woody taps himself on the shoulder a few times, and then smiles]
Woody Driver: "That problem, is me."

[Prescott looks down at his watch]

Prescott: "Say, we've got to get going man, you've got a tee time in just about an hour!"

Woody Driver: "Ah, do we really? Well, we will certainly continue this piece of art later. Sazuka, don't think I am forgetting about you. In the words of a WCW reject, you're next!"

[The two men walk away as the camera screen fades to black]
