Claiming Xander
~*~Read the Prequel, Jinni's Friend's Eternal~*~

A black Doc Martin covered foot bobbed in time with music that didn't exist. The foot was hooked over the top of the ankle of the other foot, both of which rested on top of the desk.  The boots disappeared underneath tight black jeans, molded to the lithe legs they covered.  Traveling up the legs, the black jeans were starkly contrasted by a long white cord and a bright white computer keyboard, sitting on the person's lap.  Long pale fingers typed quickly at the keyboard, chuckling emerging from the owner of the digits.  One lone thumbnail stood out, being painted blood red.

The chest of the lounging man was covered by a flowing blood red silk shirt, the first two buttons opened, exposing a long white neck, two faint sets of bites on either side of the neck.  White teeth chewed on full luscious lips, brown eyes danced with mischievousness, and brown wavy bangs fell into said eyes, often being brushed away by the man, only to fall back in his eyes.

Cordelia stopped and inhaled sharply.  "Xander," she said coolly, blinking. She casually leaned against the table by the door of Angel Investigations, staying as far away from the man she considered her first love, and one of her friends, who was now a vampire.

Brown eyes glanced up, laced with humor.  "Cordelia."

"What are you doing at my computer?" she asked haughtily, praying that he couldn't smell the fear she felt.  She *knew* he had his soul, and had since the moment Spike sired him four months before, but Xander was still dark, the evil within him resided very close to the surface.  He had gone out of his way to scare the hell out of Cordelia, always earning a chuckle from Spike, a glare from Willow, and a dangerous growl from Angel.  Xander did it just as much to affect Cordelia as he did to affect his grand-sire.

"Being evil."

Cordelia paled, her mind racing at all the things he could do from a computer to ruin her life.

"God, Cordelia, chill.  I'm just in a chat room messing with people's minds. They all think that I'm crazy, because they just don't believe I'm a vampire."

Cordelia snorted, the fear gone.  "As if.  Can you imagine what those people would do if they realized vampires do exist?"  She walked to her desk, circling it.  She placed her purse down, standing next to Xander.  She squatted, looking up at the monitor.

Xander leaned forward, his finger hovering over the name *MonkeyBoy*.  "He's being an ass.  I'd bite him."

Cordelia chuckled.  "Whatever.  You'd bite anybody."

"No, I have taste, Cordelia," Xander proclaimed.  "I wouldn't bite. . ."  He thought about it for a moment.  "I wouldn't bite Ethan Rayne.  Old blood. Eww."

Cordelia laughed, turning her head to look up at him.  "I wonder where he is nowadays."

"Last I knew, Initiative carted him off when he turned Giles into a Feryl Demon."  He got a far-off look in his eyes.  "He came to me that morning, trying to get me to help him.  He scared the hell out of me."  He stubbornly brushed the tears away.  "Anyway, he's probably in some hole somewhere, suffering.  I hope he is."  He glanced down, catching Cordelia's eyes.  He licked his lips teasingly, watching the war of fear and lust in her wide eyes.

He brushed his fingers along her neck, smelling the fear and arousal in her rise.  "Did you enjoy it?" he asked.

"E. . .enjoy what?" she asked shakingly.

"When I sank my fangs in your neck?  When I drank from you?  Being pressed between Willow and I?"  He licked his lips, his eyes sprinkled with gold flecks.  His mouth watered at the thought of feeding from her, holding her quivering body as he simultaneously drained her and pleasured her.

"*Xander*."

His voice was sharp and scolding.

Xander jumped away from Cordelia, the keyboard crashing to the floor.  He turned, his game face falling into place with a small growl.  Angel was standing at the door of his office, looking angrier than Xander had ever seen him.  "Grandpa Deadboy," Xander teased darkly, knowing that the older vampire was angry.  He constantly pushed his buttons, tried to get him to snap like Spike tended to and strap him down, showing him exactly who was boss.  Xander knew that Spike had given Angel permission to discipline his childer, as the dark haired vampire was helping raise and train them almost as much as Spike was.

Xander couldn't understand why Angel was liberal with showing Willow discipline, but refrained from ever laying a hand on him.  The younger vampire *knew* that Angel was attracted to him, having smelled the arousal that came from Angel during some more of their more heated arguments.  Why he wouldn't act on that impulse bothered him.

"Xander, get in here."

Xander leaned down, picking up the keyboard.  "Busy.  Annoying people."

"*Now*," Angel hissed, his game face falling into place.

A bolt of desire ran through Xander's body.  He stood up, grumbling.   "Fine."  He rolled his eyes, acting indifferent towards his grand-sire. He looked down at Cordelia, smirking.  "Looks like Xander's gonna get punished."

Cordelia blinked.  "You vampires are sick, you realize that."

"Perhaps," Xander shrugged.  He chuckled, leaning down to smack a big kiss on her forehead.  She yelped, pulling away from him, wiping her forehead.

"XANDER," Angel bellowed.  "DAMN IT, I SAID **NOW**."

Xander groaned softly as his cock jumped to life under the demanding tone of his Sire's Sire.  Things were just about to get interesting.
